Q: Where is the flush button located

My boat had an existing toilet that had a flush switch already installed sol all i did was connect teh power wires at teh toilet fixture. Hope this helps.

Yes, it should. That's the way I use it.

Q: Can the pump be mounted on other side of base?

The pump can be mounted on the left or right or out the back. I had no room for a rear mount so i put it to the left as it was more convenient for the inlet water.
