This is my new favorite dress! I bought it because it's cute but I ended up wearing it for Halloween for a Wednesday Addams look. I'm about a size 16 and the XL fit me perfectly. Not too loose, not too tight. The fabric is nice, it has plenty of "give" so I think the XL could even fit an 18 or 20 who is bottom heavy like me. The skirt portion swishes beautifully! A little petticoat would really give it extra oomph. I'm 5'4" and the skirt hits just above my knee. My arms are kind of big but the sleeves didn't bother me at all. The fabric is slick, shiny, thick (but not too thick, stays cool), stretchy, but still pretty forgiving for any girls with lumps. The collar wasn't too high and just looked really cute overall. Got lots of compliments. My measurements are 43, 37, 52

THIS IS THE CUTEST DRESS EVER!! I get SO many compliments!! I typically wear a 2x but ordered an XL, it is quite short so if I wear it while going out I do put on leggings. But oh man do I love this dress.

I have ordered one other dress from Allegra K before, I ordered a large because I am a 36DDD, have a 32ish inch waist, am approximately 45-47 inches around the hips, and about 5'6 1/2 tall. It was a little too baggy for my liking, and upon reading the reviews for this dress, I decided to go with a medium since it was supposed to be stretchy. I put it on today, and it fits like a glove! It's not too tight on my chest, drapes perfectly around my hips, and isn't tight on the stomach at all. Also, I have rather thick arms, and the sleeves stretch more than enough to accommodate them. If you are between sizes, I personally think it's worth the gamble of sizing down, especially if you are looking for a more fitted dress. It has quite a bit of stretch to it, and is very very flattering on the curves. It's about a mid-thigh fit, definitely not too short, but not too long either. Buy it, you won't regret it!

So, i have always eyed this style of dress for years and just been on the fence about buying it.For reference, I'm 5ft3, 133lbs. I bought a Medium because from what some people said, it is stretchy but fitted.Well, it fits nice, abit loose, I will say this, the length is long, right above my knees. I thought it would be thigh height. I have no problem with either or to be honest. I believe if i wanted a fitted look, Small would have been the way to go.Not sure how it will work once it is washed but all in all, i am happy with the purchase.Im planning to get another color for sure. Great dresses to add to a womans collection.

I was going to order a large or XL thinking this would run small. I'm glad I read the reviews! I am 5 ft 2 in and weigh about 167 lbs. I lift weights and am an amateur body builder. So I thought it would be way too tight. But I took a chance and got medium based on the reviews and it ffits perfect! I used it for a Wednesday Halloween costume. I got compliments! And it's very well made. I plan to wear it whenever. Not just for Halloween. Very happy and will be buying more dresses from this seller!

The photos make it look like a stiff fabric but it's actually stretchy polyester. It's traditionally a clingy fabric that can show up all your flaws but because of the fit and flare design it's actually really flattering even if you have a big belly. If you really wanted to be a knockout you could wear some shapewear underneath butt if you want to be cute and comfy it's fine as is. Collar is really nicely made. Hopefully it will survive the wash. Perfect for working from home. Professional on top and comfy everywhere else LOL

This is such a cute black Addams Family fantasy dress. Essentially it is a skater dress with a white collar. It fits snug (but not too tight) at the waist and flares out. I got a medium and it isn't too tight for me. I'm 5'4ish (36C) and weigh 140 lbs. I can't wait to rock this in the Fall with some combat boots. 🥰 Just order it you will love it.

Bought this dress to wear out or to work, depending on the length (you never know with ordering online) but it's perfect! I'm 5"5", wear a size 6-8 dress and the medium was perfect. Body of the dress has some stretch and is a poly blend but not transparent, and the collar appears to be mostly cotton, I couldn't say for certain, but it makes the dress way less "costume-y" than some or the other ones I've seen on amazon. Not skin tight, there is a hidden zipper and a small pearl closure for the collar in the back. Wearing it to work today and got compliments already!

Brilliant dress and washes well. Fits beautifully and swings with the body.Button not sewn onto collar, instead a spare is attached to the label in hem but there is an elasticated button hole for it. Slightly shoddy as it should be attached?

It was thinner than expected and stretcher than expected. Though its my fault for not checking the fabrik. It's okay, if you don't want to spend that much. It's okay for what it is. The shoulders, for me, where a little unflattering as there was to much fabric.I would recomed tights (with the tummy compressing pant bit) or tummy suckers (like spandex) if you have a little belly as you will be able to see it. At least in my case. I wore 2 layers of tights and was a lot happier with the result. Overal, it was okay. And as a costume? Perfect.If you're looking fore a more cotton, tougher dress. I am quite a big build (38" and 5'11) but this dress is nice and stretchy so it works. Even though I bought an XL it does lift quite high as a result. Goes lovely with some blue suede shoes and can be made to look quite formal. For £23 I was quite pleased, in fact I bought 2. Only down side is that it's not lined and make sure you use a colour catcher the first couple of times you wash it because the blue dye will run into the white collar.

Get what you pay for. It fits well because of its stretchy fabric. Im only using this for Halloween, i dont think it could be used for anything else though.

This product didn’t last one wash. The black from the main of the dress turned the white collar into a horrible grubby grey. It was a total waste of money and I won’t be able to wear it again. So disappointed feel like I’ve been robbed.
