I found these comfortable, no leakage and easy to ware. The weight was feather lite and proformance was better then the cheap tape on the hospital provided.

Practical item

I really had high expectations for McKesdon products as has been my experience with a number of different products, but these underwear were the worst things I've ever worn!! They were so bad that I ended up throwing away almost the entire box of them.These underwear gapped and leaked horribly. The MAXIMUM absorbancy rating was a complete fallacy, as they were unable to catch and hold a normal amount of liquid, let alone a maximum amount. They were thinner than other underwear of the same rating, which should have been my first clue this was not going to go well. And they were so oversized, they gapped open which failed miserably to catch any urine, leaving me saturated and disgusted at their terrible performance.Save your money and order Prevail maximum underwear which do a much better job overall. No more McKesson underwear for me! ☹️

Not as absorbent as they used to be. Must have changed how they are made and they are not as good as they were the first time bought. The tops are also stuck together, making it difficult to get them apart.

Side by side with other pull ups, this one has more panty fabric, allowing for better fit and preventing slippage. The absorbent section is wider, thicker and longer than the Amazon brand and it seems to hold more liquid. The side seams tear easier than other brands, making it faster and easier to remove from a demented patient, but if not careful, they can tear as they are being pulled up. Overall excellent product.

Last order in October, material seemed to Be of lesser quality than before. Size marking was generic, material seemed to be of poor quality. Tore easily. Please dont send if of less quality.
