Most Bluetooth Adapter for Mercedes Benz Audio20 APS50 Comand NTG1 NTG2

This thing took about 20 minutes to install in my 2005 Mercedes E320 and worked great immediately. Unfortunately, a few hours later, I lost my Bluetooth connection while driving and was not able to reconnect. I tried a couple resets and my phone simply wouldn't communicate with the device. This was a Friday night and, about an hour after I requested a return, around 9:30 -10 PM, I received an email from the seller offering some troubleshooting advice, and a prompt response to the results of that attempt. They ultimately sent a replacement out right away. I'm sure it's not a problem with every unit, whatever it is that went wrong with mine; I'd have given 5 stars had it not been defective. Unfortunately, the replacement unit came and worked great for 5 minutes. Once I turned off the car and went back to it, it was no longer recognized by my audio system.

Installed this in my '07 MB SL550. Didn't need the fiber optic loops or cable to connect behind the Comand unit since I connected it instead in place of the CD changer behind the driver's seat (connected fiber optic connection that goes into CD changer directly into this device, and then spliced into the power source going into the CD changer with the power cable provided). So device sits where CD changer was, and never had to take apart center console to get behind the Comand head unit. This method not described in instructions, likely because it disables CD changer but who uses that these days anyway. Also, only works if one has the CD changer. Product worked flawlessly from the start. Highly recommended!

Installed on my 2005 s55 amg. Install was fairly easy if you have a basic knowledge of how the cars electrical systems work. The seller was extremely helpful with my questions. The sound quality is outstanding and all of the features work as advertised.
