How did I live this long without magnesium oil?? Since using it everyday, I've gotten rid of headaches, calmed my nerves, gotten better sleep, and had more energy! I have had a ringing sound in my left ear since 2014 and have tried everything to reduce or stop the noise without success. I was diagnosed with Tinnitus of which there is no cure and have had to use a white noise app on my night stand to mask the sound. Someone at my local health food store recommended Magnesium so I decided to try the spray. I am not sure if it's my imagination but I have not had to use my white noise to mask the ringing sound since I started using this spray less than a week now. WOW, fantastic stuff !!!! I have been plagued with horrendous feet and leg cramps for a number of yrs. I was looking on Amazon for something to help heal my acid reflux besides a proton pump inhibitor which are acid blockers like Lansoprazole, or Prilosec, which only mask the problem but don't "heal" the problem. Recent research has found that PPI's can also put you at a higher risk of dementia, kidney disease, and heart attacks - NO thank you!! I found some "natural" products on Amazon with rave reviews to replace and HEAL the reflux. Looking forward to how they can help me - SAFELY. I know, I have gotten a little off of the subject of what I came on the site to talk about which is this fabulous Magnesium Oil Spray. 2 days ago I had another one of my horrendous foot and leg cramps, grabbed the spray which I had just received from Amazon. I sprayed it all over the foot and lower portion of my leg where the cramp was, rubbed it in and with in about 30 seconds BINGO! The cramps went away AND with no lingering sore muscles like I usually experience. Oh, and I didn't experience any stinging from the product. I am so grateful for this product!!! I will never be without it now!!!

I have used this for only a short time. I have fibro and osteoarthritis and have found relief for both with this spray. It only continues to get better. I've had no burning or itching at all. At this point in time, I plan on never being without this spray. I have taken magnesium citrate for years and have never gotten the relief that I have with this spray. Update: I eventually developed a lot of itching & so moved on to another spray. But the transdermal application of magnesium is an excellent way to find relief from, pain & RLS and muscle cramps.

I was like I'm going to do everything possible to fight this Rheumatoid arthritis! And it's been a journey recently diagnosed with it. The joint pains and flare ups are ridiculous it cause me to call off from work! I don't want to have to take all these killer pain pills for pain just to ease my inflamed joints!
