I am going to be honest: I do not have any evidence that this product improves performance or makes me stronger. What I can say is that I use it after long bike rides (40-60 miles), and that I THINK I recover better when I use it. Regardless, it tastes great and makes for a quick fluid replenishment after a good ride, so I like it.Quick tip: for best results, mix this product in a shaker bottle. The powder is very fine and while it will work in a glass, it never quite mixes completely with a spoon or even in a blender.Quick warning: Make sure you check the list of ingredients. It uses an artificial sweetener, which doesn't bother me, but some people are more sensative than I am.

Tastes good. This is the only BCAA product I buy because it is easy to drink and it is a way better price than anything I've seen at sports nutrition shops

I have been using this one for a long while now and has worked really well for me. I like that its low in sugar and tastes really good especially the watermelon. I mix it with the Creatine from Body Tech and I good all day ...before and after working out.
