I use apple cider vinegar as a way of managing joint aches and pains. The plus side of using it as a drink mixed with honey is the it suppresses the appetite, something I didn't know about before I researched alternatives. However taking it with honey 3 times daily counteracts the lack of the need to eat thanks to the added calories. Also, acid built up in the stomach can make things uncomfortable. These capsules have been a great way of keeping up my intake without having to worry about acid reflux, added calories or having to source my favorite apple cider vinegar when away. I found that if used solely I get the aches and pains back but when I mix my intake I'm fine so whoopee! The only downside I have found is that they can irritate my breathing causing me to cough when taking them. I think some of the cider powder escapes onto the capsule surface in storage. The answer to this is to rinse them under the cold water tap first. All in all, recommended.

Well I bought these capsules to help me loose weight i think they are helping me i feel better for taking them. They are so easy to swallow but you can smell the vinegar a bit to say I was drinking acv which I tried for 3 weeks it was so disgusting . I did some research before I tried these capsules and I'm hoping that they do work for weight loss . I going to try them for a few months i know I need to eat healthy and do some exercise aswell . Don't think you can eat what ever you want and loose weight because you can't . They are good value for money I paid i would recommend trying this product for yourself.

It's really difficult to give 5 stars as I really don't know whether it is making a difference as have not been taking them for long enough and am also taking other things to promote health but the delivery was really good and I am happy to take them.

The taste of the capsules they are easy to swallow and value for money.

So far they seem to be having the desired effect, have more enjoy and my appetite is definitely a lot less than it was no urge to snack between meals and feeling full quicker. Would definitely recommend 😊
