"Sure Foot Cane"
First of all I don't like the price. I find it unnecessary to charge $100.00 for a cane. I know it is different, but I still think a lesser price would be better. In my case I find it rather awkward when walking and especially climbing stairs when you don't have but one handrail. I think it slows me down in walking. I am a small person and don't happen to have a good balance due to a fall I had last summer. I know you can't please everyone but thought I'd share my personal thoughts. The "Sure Foot Cane"is very nice and hopefully I'll get accustomed to it in due time.If I know of someone who needs a cane I'll give them your website and they can choose the cane of their choice. I have a friend who purchased the "Hurry Cane" from you sometime in the last 4 to 6 months. That individual lives here in Southern Arizona in my community.

Best Cane ever
This cane provides more stability and more confidence to user. Going up inclines can be walked more assuredly. The price is too high. I bought canes for my aunties who loved it. The cost was more doable then. Thinking of seniors who are on a limited budget. The previous company who sold these also sold 3 pod foot canes. Still doesn't provide the stability, therefore, the confidence to walk more securely and also one can be more in an upright posture. Seems the price doubled now which is quite steep. No wonder the medical supply houses don't stalk these. i think they should.

This is the best!
This is a wonderful cane! Although I am not the end user, (My Mother is.) it has a fluid like walking motion. As you step forward the cane's foot stays in contact with the ground, and is allowed to spring back as the cane's post moves (fore and aft,) with the person. It works very much like your ankle, and also is wide enough at the base to keep the users balance with out wanting to "wobble" from side to side. Only complaint is the over pricing by the manufacture! Way too expensive compared to others! It would be a better value at 10-15 dollars above the others. Would have given it a 5 star rating at $49 - $55 range plus shipping..

People stop me everywhere to ask about it
I don't know what I like most about the sure foot. It has saved me from many falls! The wide base keeps me steady while staying out of my way, unlike the original 4 footed quad cane which was always tripping me. When I drop it which I do frequently because of my arthritis, I just step on the side/or end and up it comes! I don't have to try to lean over to reach the ground without falling myself or ask someone else to help. The spring action "walks" with me to steady me through my step; this also is a biggie since both wrists are full of metal and can't bend. I am able to smoothly move the cane through the step without banging me or hurting my hands and wrists. The handle is large enough to grasp when my hands are stiff yet not so large I can't get a good grip. I can't say enough good about this cane; it is just right in every way.

Unsafe cane. Wasted over $200 for this! Wish there were a lower category
With this cane, one can swing it forward and take four steps before having to reposition it, making it an ideal cane for those with hand/wrist problems aggravated by having to reposit the cane with each footfall. However, the 'axle' that joins the two sides and to which the springs attach is a very soft metal, while the springs are hard steel. This leads to rapid waring of grooves in the softer metal and will soon lead to it snapping according to the engineers I asked. It's sad the company chooses to defile this [potentially fine product with inferior engineering in what appears to be a bid for planned obsolescence. The company sent me a replacement lower portion with the 'foot' sadly manufactured of the same defective materials...so doomed to the same fairly rapid damage.

nonavailability of canes from a previous organization
Cane was exactly the same as previous canes I had ordered with the exception of the price. Unfortunately, the current administration had done away with the organization that had previously assembled the canes. This organization provided employment for handicapped individuals. By the way Amazon raised the price of the canes by over 100 percent. Hoping a future administration will offer more opportunities to our many handicapped individuals.

Refurbished item
This is the second SureFoot that I have owned. This item was not new , it had been refurbished!! Much too expensive for a refurbished item!

Sturdy Cane
I got this for my 87-year old mother after she'd seen someone in a store with one and thought it would be perfect for her. While it took a bit of time to get her used to it, she was grabbing it more than her other styles by the time my visit was over! It doesn't stand well on carpet, but hard floors it does. There is no squeaking and it is lighter than her 4-pronged that she was often using (and tripping on one of the 'legs' often enough to be of concern). I liked the fact that it moved forward and back for a more natural gait.
