This product is not the oil shape. I expected horse oil but this is more like cream and I don’t know that I can put on my face or not. What else ingredients in this product?

I live in high Altitude area where it's very dry. Hard to find moisturizer that actually keeps your skin soft & moist. This truly works & it only takes a very small amount.
