This product is trash! It say it comes with a SIM card with 50 minutes and 200 something text, first off when you register the SIM card it tells you that you have to put some more money on the SIM card to even use the watch. Second you have to download a app to communicate with your child. You have to text through the app. Your kid can only use voice text and it comes through the app. So your paying for a number that you can’t really use as a phone number besides making calls. The main point I got the watch was for the tracker, the damn tracker is way off its like six damn blocks off! So that sucked! The watch itself was weak you can’t do anything on the watch without the app. The quality of the watch is horrible! This watch Shouldn’t have gotten four stars ratings it’s really poor quality. I’m going to keep it because my son like it but I will just buy him a phone instead.

Speedtalk won't help, your better off buying US
SIM won't let us update the APN. Speedtalk gave the same instructions for the SIM that came with watch. SIM still isn't working and while we contacted the product creator for help we haven't heard back. Still paying for speedttalk and my son hasn't been able to use the watch we got him as his birthday present this year. Useless.

Good but not impressive
The description of the watch is very ideal for the age specified, however it is very difficult to set up, it is not straightforward, the included manual is not helpful, I had to watch a lot of video to be able to set it up, and you have to purchase a separate SIM and set it in outside mobile before the watch could function, I thick it is very basic for the amount of money.

Unable to use
Still have not been able to use this item as it didn’t come with the sim card that was supposed to be there & apparently is not compatible with att or ting SIM cards!

Definitely do not buy
Terrible product. Doesn’t work. No help. Definitely do not buy if you don’t plan to activate service. The product will not even work as a digital watch.
