Good customer service and good quality
Initially one part was missing, however the communication was pretty easy and quick and to a good standard, I’m quite satisfied with quality of the service which is top notch and the quality of the product.

Thought it was missing hardware but I was mistaken
I was gutted when it came and I started putting it together, I got to a point where I though I’ve not got enough bolts, turns out they’re already on the bbq and not in the bag with the rest of them.Great bbq overall, the ash tray at the bottom makes getting rid of the ease so much easier, only thing that’s a bit annoying is finding a place for the lid when you aren’t using it.

Great BBQ at fantastic value
Really impressed with the product, incredible value for money. 4stars for ease of assembly as getting the legs to be open enough to allow the lower chimney chamber to slide in, but keeping them tight enough for good stability was a bit difficult. After a bit of tweaking with the chamber and the leg positioning all was well. 4 star of sturdiness was because the handles feel a bit cheap and flimsy, but other than that this is an excellent BBQ and incredible value. Would definitet recommend.

It does fire up very quick, thanks to bottom holes and holds temperature for long.
