I bought this product because I am overweight and I know that fat consumption is a major contributor. I have used Alli (OTC Orlistat) for years as it helps keep me honest as to my fat consumption. If you eat too much you will definitely know so it helps me to reduce fat consumption. I am not thin but after years of bouncing up and down in weight it has been stable since I did that.So I was interested in this product. First thing I did was check the literature. It acts via a different mechanism than Orlistat so I thought it might complement that product. The data looked reasonable (yes, I know that the data for dietary supplements are not double blind placebo controlled studies).After adding this to my diet (I take 2 capsules when I will be having a meal that may be higher in fat) I definitely noticed that more fat was being eliminated undigested. It does appear to work in a complementary fashion. I do not weigh myself but my clothes are fitting a little better.I believe that the product helps in two ways: 1) it helps to eliminate some fat, but perhaps more importantly 2) it makes me very (very) mindful as to how much fat I am consuming.I have decided to buy another round as it seems to be doing exactly what it claims it would.

I waited 2 almost 3 weeks to write this review. I exercise 30-45 minutes a day, my calorie intake is 600-800 a day 9my doctor follows me and is very health with vitamins and minerals) but have been at a plateau so wanted to try this out and see if it did as 'clinically proven' it did not. Not a single pound lost. Save you money. They need to release their clinical studies - who was in their group how many what they ate what exercises who prepared their food what their background is etc.. and how many studies they did. I should have known better...

Honestly didn't notice much from this product. I do work out daily and eat fairly healthy. Was looking for something to boost some lean muscle and weightloss but I don't think this was it. Maybe would work for someone else but not for me.

I've tried similar products that claim to do the same thing, and have been disappointed by most, if not all of them. I skeptically bought a 30 day supply on a friend's recommendation. Exactly 4 weeks later, and without changing my diet, I have lost 9 pounds. Unlike other products, I've not experienced any side effects using Okralean either. I just got my 2nd bottle and look forward to seeing what the next 30 days can do. I would definitely recommend this product, especially now for those who may not be able to leave their homes or go to the gym.

A 4 star for now coz i haven't really achieved much in a month. I would say though that I think it does have an effect on my body. I felt less bloated and I observed that I defecate with ease everyday.As for my son, he was 192lbs and went down to 186.2lbs in a month. And that's without exercise (he's been playing online games lately).

Purchased after a buddy of mine told me about it and I wanted to try and stay ahead of weight gain during quarantine. While the smell of the capsules is a bit off-putting I found that this product really helped get my body back to burning fat and losing weight!Would very much recommend to anyone doing home workouts and looking for something natural to keep the body burning fat.

All I got was upset stomach, cramps, does not work

This is a very good weight management capsule, I have been using this product for two weeks now, and so far I have lost three pounds, and I eat a lot of sweets, it helps maintain my weight so far.
