Tears easily
The vinyl is poor quality / very thin. I had my previous couch for 15+ years before a little tear appeared. I had this couch less than 7 months when rips began to appear.The company sent me a free patch (“because it’s less than a year old”), otherwise I would need to pay for patches. Patches are a poor substitute for good quality covering and I expect to have problems with them too in a short while. So I’ll be expected to buy patches to repair what shouldn’t be needing repaired?🤔
