I bought one of these in 2012 for my teacher's desk and for my bedside table at home. Best little fan ever, and it never stopped working. When I moved to another state, I sold them to teacher friends. I just bought this new one for my bedside stand, and it's perfect. I can't stand for the air to be still or to be too warm when I'm trying to sleep. The Vornado is one of the better made small fans I've encountered. Low noise level and a lot of good air movement... exactly what I expect from a fan. Two setting are provided for low or high fan movement. Right now at the end of May, the low setting is perfect. I imagine I'll have to set it to the high setting once the Texas heat kicks in.Plus, the midnight blue color is very nice.

Love the color. Love the design. I like that it folds under to prevent dust from collecting in the blades. Small and compact. Was easily able to store it in my locker. Has 2 speeds and a strong air flow. Definitely cools me down when sweating.

I originally bought this fan for myself, but after a couple nights my husband got a hold of it, and now i will have to purchase another one. Its just the right noise level for a relaxing sleep sound. It also had just the right amount of airflow, not too forceful. It is made well, and durable. I will definitely buy again, and would consider buying as a gift. It would be especially useful for college dorms.

My only problem with the Vornado is that it's difficult to operate the switch without picking it up and using two hands. I made a mod by drilling a hole in the switch and sticking in a nail (in the photo it's in the high speed position; off is all the way to the left and low is all the way to the right). Now I can use one hand to operate the switch, but I still have to hold the fan down with my fingers and use my thumb to do the switching.

This little fan is nice for sitting next to your bed and blowing right on you but I dont think it would be great if you are trying to cool off when sleeping.

Really cute fan and it works fairly well. It's perfect to sit on a desk if you're sit pretty close to it.

If you’ve seen those desktop Vornado fans and you think this is the same size but cuter, it’s not. It’s much smaller. But it’s effective, and is attractive. I’m not mad at the size I guess I thought it was something else.

I love this little fan. It's so cute and I love that it comes in several different colors. The output is just right for you to keep on your desk or put it on high when you're having hot flashes or to help you sleep.

Great air flow! I think those complaining forgot to turn the face of the fan outward as I did after opening the package. Love the colour! A bit noisier than expected but still quite acceptable.

A little noisier than expected honestly. The fan I was replacing with this was quieter and pushed out a lot more airflow. Okay or the office or bedroom but probably best suited for a gaming area.Could use 1 more speed for sure or a variable speed setting. Looks really good and feels good.
