I have to laugh at reviews that mention these pills are too big, they stink, etc... I mean come on people, where did your testosterone go? Man the f-up! If you're complaining the pill doesn't fit in your mouth or that it doesn't taste or smell like candy, you really need this pill because you have no testosterone left in your system. After taking these for just 4 days - 3x per day as recommended (3 pills is the serving size) with meals, one at every meal, I have noticed a BIG difference for the better - more energy overall, more enthusiasm on everything and better quality sex as well, girlfriend is even happier now. I do watch my diet, avoiding processed foods at all costs also helps. Again, if the size and taste/smell of these pills make you become a whining baby, I can't imagine a mess you'll become when real problems happen in your life... buy with confidence, this supplement really works.

This Multivitamin indeed deserves a great review.In the past I have tried mega-men, opti-men and various other run of the mill vitamins that lost their quality over time and hence they lost my patronage.These days you hardly find a great QUALITY Multi (specially for Men) that is worth it's salt so to speak.SOLGAR has kept its quality standards stable across time and that is why I love their products. This Male Multiple is a great example of that. I'm 60 years old and in pretty good shape but, at that ageyou will notice that you're just not what you used to be.Whether its mental clarity, energy, vibrancy and or sexually.Just received Male Multiples 4 days ago and have been taking them for those 4 days. Yes, I feel better, clear minded and vibrant.Thats all nice and good but 'cmon guys... you want to feel like you did when you were a younger guy.. 18, 20, 25 years old.I feel 20 years old again ! And I'm talking "sexually".No doubt at 60 years old there is some kind a decline in your circulatory system.I noticed it myself.So.... long story short on "day # 4" WOW!... Big Surprise !I experienced a strong erection and had very good sex with my wife.I was feeling and enjoying sensations I haven't felt in years.Fantastic.. and the climax was also exceptionally good.It was like I was 20 years old again... my wife went to work andan hour later another strong erection! WowI could definitely tell the difference from last week..and the the sensationsI was feeling once again during sex are very satisfying.I feel 20 years old again !

I decided to try Solgar's Male Multiple vitamin for several reasons: I was familiar with their brand from ten years ago and I knew that it's high quality; I didn't think that my current multi (famous OTC brand )was cutting it; I wanted a multi with no iron; I wanted a multi that wasn't the size of a horse pill, and, finally, I wanted a multi with SMALL amounts of ginseng and other energy-enhancing ingredients. On that last count, I think I got what I wanted, although at 25 mg the formula might seem too tepid for some.Using Solgar's Male Multiple (2 tablets/day, not the 3 that the bottle recommends [see below for why]).I do feel an increase in overall energy, but I have questions that make me think that my search for the best multi for me may not yet over.I suspect that the initial "boost" I get from this vitamin is due to its generous supply of vitamin B-12 (500 mcg, or 8333% DV).There are also generous amounts of vitamin E (400 IU), zinc (50 mg), and C (400 mg). Magnesium and selenium are also generously supplied.It's at this point, though, that the ingredients list gets fuzzy for me and where someone who knows more about nutrition may be able to assist.It provides chromium, but not chromium picolinate, which my previous multi had and I believe has been implicated in weight loss. The chromium provided here is chromium nicotinoglycinate. Not sure why Solgar doesn't use the picolinate form.Here's the list of ingredients for the "vitality" part of the multi:Eleuthro extract, 25 mgStandardized American ginseng root, 25 mgStandardized Korean ginseng (panax), 25 mgSaw palmetto, 25 mgStinging nettles extract, 25 mgPygeum extract, 25 mgI should mention that when I was younger I tried ginseng but quit it, because at the end of the day I had leftover energy and trouble getting to sleep.Here's the kicker: even in the <25 mg range (I take only 2 tablets), at bedtime I feel my heart pounding, not badly but noticeably.These tablets are dark green and are not the size of horse pills. They're coated and go down easily with a sip of water.A final note: I considered other male multiples with energy-enhancing ingredients, but I decided on this brand because I really don't know about additives like damiana, etc.
