All that needs say is what an amazing well thought out bug first aid kit, could do with a TQ.
Same as I said in the header above, they should also make an advanced kit too for heavy bleeds, not much more I can say other than the little FA kit you get inside the big one is kept in my EDC bag and is never taken out yet which also has the spare ABC kit clipped to it too.Great FA bag.

Brilliant design
Bought this for offshore sailing.Absolutely brilliant basic first aid kit. Cleverly designed and comprehensive: of course you need to add personalised items, like seasick pills, antihistamine, diarrhoea pills, etcetera, but this kit is first class.I particularly like the way the kit is laid out in terms of the type of injury.

No antibiotic ointment
Would give it a 5 star but there is no antibiotic ointment or salve in this package, just burn cream.

Peace of Mind but DOWNGRADING REVIEW due to Questionable Quality of Supplies included
I live in earthquake country, so I've been wanting a solid First Aid Kit. When I found out I could use FSA dollars, I jumped on the chance to get this mandatory kit. I did research the kits and went with this one for a few reasons. I'm glad I did. It's well organized and there's some room for additions. I haven't had to use any of the supplies in it yet, but have had two close calls since receiving it. I felt so much better knowing that if either of the near-miss accidents had actually happened, I'd have this kit on hand.HOWEVER, I am now downgrading the review because of the quality of the items included. The kit itself is great as far as design goes, but the quality of the items enclosed. Yowza. The one bandage I used didn't stay on, barely stuck, and everything in it is made in China. Sorry, but when I pay this much for a kit, I expected higher quality. I'll use the basic supplies (the shears suck, though, replacing those), but I'm not putting a generic burn liquid made in a lab I can't even identify. Very disappointing. I expected quality products from a US small business. Instead, I got the cheapest stuff off the lot in a generic package from China. Not how I roll, especially with health in an emergency. In addition, there are a few things missing. First, the tourniquet - I emailed the company, and they said that they no longer provide these, so you'll need to add that. Second, Israeli bandages and a clotting med for trauma. I bought two here on Amazon, and I'd highly recommend. Just a couple of days ago, I was headed to the glass-paned door that opens onto my deck, and I tripped over a pet toy (clearly, my pets need to learn to pick up after themselves lol). I stumbled forward and caught myself, and just happened to land my hand on wood frame, not a pane of glass, but it could easily have gone the other direction. Had that happened, one of these bandages would have been a potentially literal life-saver. So I'd add those. I also added some personal meds.Natural and unnatural disasters happen to all of us. In all likelihood, it's not an IF but a WHEN it will happen. I got this kit because I feel safer knowing that in the event of one of those disasters/accidents, I'll be a little prepared and organized, and hopefully, this will allow me to remain calm enough to act first and panic later (the promise I always make myself: You can fall apart... you just can't do it right now. Right now, you have to suck it up and concentrate and focus and fix this, but later, you can be an emotional mess.) I'll be upgrading everything over time, but I can say that I won't buy from this company again because I feel kind of duped, but too late now, and at least it is well organized.

Amazing Kit but beware the Mechanic's shop.
Kit has almost everything you need for an emergency; I did purchase and add a torniquet. Now the bad, I stored this under the back seat of my truck and when I picked my truck up from the shop, It was gone!!! It is such a nice kit someone decided they wanted it more than I did. Maybe it will save a life.

The BEST preloaded FAK(First Aid Kit) on the market
Heads up! Long read ahead. It’s worth noting that if you don’t know how to use something, it is not as useful. That being said; Familiarize yourself with the First Aid Kit, learn how to properly use its components. As someone who nearly lost a thumb and finger to a severe table saw incident, I’ve begun to take being prepared for trauma very seriously. I’ve purchased 4 of these FAK’s for church and personal use. They are well made and sturdy. Having multiple mounting options for keeping handy in a vehicle, shop or on/in a bag/pack is great. And they have quality, smoothly functioning zippers to boot, that will not impend access in an emergency. When I say that this is a very well rounded kit, I mean it. Just about everything a non-medically trained individual will want/need to use In a minor emergency can be found within. I researched for months in the civilian and tactical medicine markets and nerded out a bit running a comparison chart on what I would need to build my own, complete AFAK/Trauma Kit. The results: you can round out Surviveware’s Large FAK for an additional $120+- and end up with a Trauma kit that rivals several of the $400-$500 options on the market. The best part, there’s ample room to add and adjust the kit for your personal preferences. In addition, a novice can open your kit and read clearly marked labels to find what is needed.Quality of contents is excellent in comparison to several others on the market. You’re not getting any of the cheap surplus stuff from Alibaba, etc. The medical shears, in particular, are better than your standard issue set. The quantity of everything is reasonable for any single incident you may encounter. All in all, if you are in need of a thoroughly thought out FAK that doesn’t compromise on quality or contents, look no further. If you are looking to assemble your own AFAK/Trauma kit, look no further. If you want to spend more money than you need to, or you want camouflage exterior so you can lose it, move along.Thank you guys for putting so much work into a FAK that made preparing for any emergency a breeze. To all the potential buyers, you will not be disappointed.

A great kit from a great company.
First: This isn't a shill. I really, really like this product. I'm a totally real person (which, I know, is something a fake person would say). Seriously, I'm a normal guy. Genuine human being. Totally not a robot....I give up. Now, onto the review. This isn't the first kit I've purchased from Surviveware. It won't be the last kit I purchase, either. I own several. The actual bag is quite durable - I've tested it. This particular kit has accompanied me in the field for over a month now. No rips, no frays, and still fully functional. That itself is impressive, because I work in some rather rugged terrain. I haven't had many kits survive this long. Some only days, and some last weeks. Over a month? Few and far between. We'll see just how long, but I'm already impressed. As for the kit itself - everything you want, and a few things you should just have. They even sent a card with a promo that provided a free tourniquet. This was a nice personal touch, and probably the only thing the kit was missing. A tourniquet can be (literally) a lifesaver, so I was grateful to add another to my inventory. The rest of the first aid kit seems like quality components. I've used this kit on friends, coworkers, and a number of "boo boos" on my wife and kids - and it hasn't let me down yet. I've had to replace a few components inside of it, as things like gauze, bandages, and wraps are a one time use item. But, the carrying bag is still going strong. Plus, the mini first aid kit that it comes with is an awesome bonus. It's currently in my glovebox, and I've used and restocked it more than a reasonable amount of times; clumsiness is apparently hereditary....I'm quite happy with this first aid kit. My wife has one in her car now as well. I ended up buying other kits from Surviveware after this purchase, because of this kit. Quality, durability, and actual real human interaction from the people who own and operate this business - which has become a rarity these days.I couldn't be more satisfied.
