Worth the money
Very comfortable very absorbent I Really like that the strips attached to the diaper and you can check on the person to see if they are wet or dry and they reattach without ripping

These are the best on the market.
I splurge on these briefs because they are top quality and do the job. I have been buying them for about 2 years for my 96 year old Mom. She uses the large and she weighs about 135 lbs.

The best value adult diapers available
The Tena ultras are the best disposable cloth backed diapers that I have found in this price range. They are able to hold multiple voids without leaking. Very breathable and sensitive on the skin leaving less chafing than most other brands. Very thin and discreet undetectable under clothes. There are a couple minor defects to think about when it comes to these diapers. The first and most common problem is that after couple hours of active movement the fit will begin to loosen and sag requiring readjusting of the tapes. Wearing pants with a belt seems to prevent this from happening but it still will happen if you are an active person. The second issue is that the leak guards are really spread out and don't stand up which can lead to leaks if the diaper becomes too full. For under $50 a case though there isn't a better value out there. Not my go to diaper but they will hold up for 3-5 hours at a time. I always keep these in the house and order a new case when running low as a backup to the better more expensive diapers that I wear. Overall a very good budget adult diaper with some minor design flaws.

Very absorbant but may want to size up!
I buy these for my 88 yo mom. The nursing home staff were very happy to see these when I started buying these five months ago. They prevent leaks and the moisture barrier keeps the moisture away from her skin. I did buy the first package according to her weight and measurements which should be a medium size. I started buying the large which work much better. She is always in a wheelchair or in bed so maybe that makes a difference as compared to someone who is standing or walking around?

Very absorbent, delivered to your door
I turned to these briefs for my disabled sister when Sam’s changed their product to one that was not effective. These briefs are roomy, absorbent and soft. I’m so glad Amazon offers an affordable replacement.

and although not perfect this diaper has several advantages over the others
I have tried several of these for an elderly family member, and although not perfect this diaper has several advantages over the others. 1) They have ample space on the bottom (crotch) so diaper contents stays in diaper better. 2) The closures are not as flimsy as some 3) Price is good per diaper 4) free shipping. I have actually sat here for over an hour shopping, and just finally went back in to previous order and reordered this product--could not beat it. It is sometimes the little things that make all the difference when trying to put a diaper on an adult.

They do not stay on during use
They are very absorbent, maybe the most absorbent of any adult diaper I've used. But they do not stay up on the waist during use. I've tried putting them on both standing and laying down, but get the same results. The tabs barely reach to the front part when you first put them on and as they get heavier from leakage, they droop and slide off the waist. I've tightened the fit using the re-attachable tabs, but it doesn't seem to do any good. I 'll try using them under heavy duty incontinent underwear to see if that will help, but I bought them so I could easily change them during the day without stripping all my clothes and shoes off. Very disappointing for a product that has many positive attributes.

Adult diapers
Package arrived earlier than expected which was great. These are very helpful for an incontinent patient. Sizing is a little tricky but I opt for large though they're a bit big (med are too small/low in the back). I only put them on him at night as they're easy to change. The side tabs work great. During the day he wears a different brand of pull up briefs which fit better but are far more difficult to change when he has an accident. I'd recommend these especially for night time use.
