Michelangelo Nonstick 12 Inch Granite Frying Pan with Lid, Ceramic Coating, Induction Ready

Love this pan and others from same line. The non stick surface is truly non stick.(But I haven't had it very long either) Nice handles and lid. Everybody who sees these pans remarks on how cool they are. They have a real contemporary, 'organic' look. Glad to get away from the poisonous teflon. But, I don't think these are very durable. I just have to learn to be extremely careful. I bought new spatulas (like you use for baking but for high heat) to protect the pan surface. If you can't resist the dishwasher or being careful when stacking in the cupboard, and cooking with hard utensils, just plan on replacing the pans more often, I just don't think they will hold up to much abuse. They wash up so easy by hand though, it's not a big deal to avoid the dishwasher.

No pan is perfect, but this is close. Anything that does stick comes off as the pan cools. I've bought several. Make sure to buy with the lid, you cannot go back and buy a lid later. I've tried.

I like this little pan. It is well made and substantial in weight. I like that it comes with a see through lid that helps spatters be avoided. However I cooked a hamburger over low to medium heat and parts of the sauce/juice stuck to the pan. It came out easy enough but I wish it hadn't happened. I may or may not buy a second one.

Beautiful and really does wipe clean with a paper towel..I still wash it though.. NOTHING sticks! Best skillet I've ever had! Don't raise the price. It's something good and affordable for those of us who can't afford $200 for a skillet. Would love a full set!. Holding up beautifully!! Thanks!.After having this pan for awhile now, I gotta say, it's not holding up as well as I'd hoped. It's got some scratches to bare metal, but no clue why . I've babies it because I was so impressed with it. Even with the mystery scratches, it's still the best non-stick ever. I doubt that it will last as long as I hoped though.

I love this pan. I got it and used it to cook ground chicken. It didn’t stick at all and cooked so evenly. Clean up is so easy. I will definitely purchase the entire set of these pots and pans well worth the money. I didn’t put it in the dishwasher because it washes up so quick and easy.

Very pleased! I really like this style of pan. We now have the 3 smaller pan set and this larger one with a lid. They fit all of our needs and are nonpoisonous to use. They are good and heavy for our glass stovetop. No warpage and rocking when you cook.

Great at first but then it started to deteriorate and get worse after more time. It started smelling bad and getting into our food! Hopefully it doesn’t cause any issues with my family but it was not as advertised. This is not good quality. We were hoping but we were disappointed.
