Amazing !!!

Arrived in perfect conditions, exactly what I ordered and wanted

I kept seeing some videos with people like Gerard Way recommending Sandman. I do like some of Neil Gaiman's work and I thought it was odd when I found out that he wrote a comic book. So I finally decided to get into it especially since there's going to be a live action Netflix series but I went in blind. It turned out to be a really good and unique story. I was not expecting surprise cameos from the DC universe so that was pretty nice to see. I think this is the perfect way to start out with the Sandman world if you're a newbie like me. I can't wait for the Netflix series now.

Why. Why . Why. Do you have to have a audible advertisement on the dust cover of the book . And not even give it to us for free. Really disappointed. And it's not a sticker. It's actually on there. But at least it's not on the actual hard back of the book .

First time I’ve ever disliked a Neil Gaiman book. This was awful on all fronts. It was all style and no substance and lacked any clear sense of plot or direction. I get what he was going for with the style and concepts but it was over the top with horrid and disgusting imagery. It’s so bad it actually made me lose respect for Neil Gaiman.

Look, I love Sandman as much as the next fan, but $50 for a book that contains barely any extras? I am disappointed.

This is close to what the height of comics can be in my opinion. A must buy.

Been looking for a hardcover version that wasn't as a massive as the Ultimates and these are perfectly sized.The printing and binding is top notch, as always the story is AMAZING as nf pretty much my favourite book of all time.And these will be lovingly passed on to my daughter when she is a bit older.

Excelente edición. Es la opción óptima para coleccionar Sandman porque1) Los absolute son muy caros. Aunque lo valen, uno no puede dejar de pensar en los otros libros que se podrían adquirir con una edición más barata.2) Los omnibus son muy gordos, incómodos de leer y aunque son más baratos que los absolute, siguen siendo caros, sobre todo si mides el precio en pesos.3) Los tpb que venden en un box set son la opción más barata, pero no valen los más de cuatro mil pesos que cuestan por ser tan simples...La edición deluxe tiene la ventaja de ser pasta dura, tener un grosor manejable y cómodo de leer, y un tamaño un poco más grande que el tpb. Por esas razones, opino que está edición es la mejor en cuanto a la relación costo-calidad.

Bought this as a trip down memory lane. Forgotten about how good it is.Great piece of writing.

Bought as gift, recipient was happy. Had a flck through and the images are great.

Great collection of a classic series. But why, oh why would the publisher put a PERMANENT ad 'sticker' on the front of a $50 hardcover?!? It distracts from the wonderful Michael Kaluta artwork. 3 stars (5 stars for the content, 1 start for the cover sticker)
