Subtle lemon cake
Zesty Lemon to me suggests a cake will be 'very lemony'. This is not. The flavour is quite subtle, which I wasn't expecting. However, it still tastes lovely and the texture is gorgeous. It's light as a feather rather than a hefty slab. All the family liked it. Next time I'm going to drizzle it with lemon water icing to add extra 'zesty lemon'yness!

I enjoy but really should not have it been studied Gluten free diet but wasn't paid £20 for Gluten free lemon cake but really should be mum birthday gift on 26 December but we eat on 24 December can't have any more cakes or chocolate because lent coming up soon.Very nice would buy more but can't

A lemon cake that definitely lives up to its title - it’s a delicious cake that is both moist & light and very lemony.

bought as a treat for my mum as she loves lemony treats her sense of taste is not good she loved it and could taste it .would buy again

Not nice
Appearance ok but bland and very little flavour of lemon. The amount of additives also off-putting. In my opinion, nothing like a lemon drizzle cake should be. I’m afraid ours ended up in the bin!
