I’m not usually compelled to give a 5 star review a day after trying a product but this ointment is seriously worthy of an immediate perfect score in my book. I have been trying so many different lotions, creams, ointments, etc. all winter long to try and help an eczema-like rash on my hands but found little to no relief from them. Then I read about the healing properties of Manuka honey and found this ointment in my search so I decided to give it a try after reading so many high reviews. I tried to keep my hopes down as nothing had been able to help much. Let me tell you, it cleared up my rash almost 100% the first time I used it (after about an hour or so) and my hands kept looking pretty much back to normal until the next day after I had washed my then a lot so I decided to give it another try as I could see the rash slowly trying to come back. My hands tingled for a bit but then felt relief and started to heal again. I’m very impressed with this ointment! Just a heads up, it’s pretty sticky at first so it’s probably best to put it on before you’re going to be relaxing without needing to use your hands right away. Other than that, the smell is great (it has lavender in it along with the honey-they go together well) and like I said, it is working wonders for my hands that were falling apart! I’m looking forward to trying it on some scars and acne too as I read in other people’s reviews that it’s helped theirs. Highly recommended!!

This is a Wonderful product,I just reordered my second tube. What do I like about it: it smells good, it leaves a light protective coating on your skin, and it assists in the healing process. I first ordered it to put on surgical scars, which it did help the scars to heal nicely. When putting it on the scars I would, at that time, massage the scar with it to help break up scar tissue . Recently I picked up my HOT curling iron by the barrel and not the handle.... my index finger was burned. I immediately ran cold water over it for about 3 minutes then put on the Manuka Honey. Curling iron burns are sensitive burns and the burn was on my finger, which you are always using. BUT..this product helped so much, the burn never blistered and it was not sensitive to the touch. About a week later I did notice old (burned) skin that was shedding. This product will always be on hand in my home, from burns, scars, insect bites, scratches etc

I did lots of research to help clear my face before my son's birthday. I came across this and was very hopeful. I used it for a few hours and let it sit on my face via spot treatment for my acne, scars and the one I picked at that wouldn't dry up or heal.. I left a bandaid on over that specific one over night and I'm very pleased. It's dried it up to a healing point.. I put makeup over it even and no cracking, ect.. It's very reliable. My scars have faded a bit as well. I would not use this as a moisturizing cream, however as it did leave the spots dry feeling. I put a thin layer on my chin and it felt dry. It did leave a little itch, but that may be the areas healing up along with my sensitive skin. It's not obnoxiously itchy though, my face needed this. I am very pleased and the product was super cheap. The tube will last long for me as a little goes a long way for my spot treatments. I will be ordering again in the future if I run out. I gave it 4 stars not 5 because of the itchy feeling/dryness in certain areas. I give 5/5 for fast healing/scar pigmentation improvement, and smell. Ii actually like the smell of this.

I selfishly didn't want to leave a review but this stuff is a miracle. I've had a scab on my lip for a few years. I tired many things to help it heal. I would end up picking it, biting it, sometimes it would peel the skin off and it bleed. I thought I was going to have to deal with it for the rest of my life (I'm 45). I searched for manuka honey lip balm after seeing how it's used my medical professionals to heal wounds. I tried Manuka honey itself, It seemed to help a bit. When I got the product I read the ingredients and was disappointed it had other ingredients. I wasn't sure about my purchase. But i'm not sure if they help deliver the honey or maybe the fact its UMF 15+ honey, but yeah... My lip is healed. Im now using it on a big toe nail (after filing it down) to try to cure a toenail fungus I've had for decades. Nails take a while to grow but it's looking clearer. I'll report back if it works. I've tried everything on it from medications to laser therapy. I hope you make this stuff forever. I will purchase it for life.

If I hadn't ordered this in desperation, trying to heal my worst-ever facial eczema outbreak, I would probably love this stuff. It smells good, has great ingredients, and feels great on the skin once it soaks in (a bit sticky until it does, but hey -- it's honey!). My tube does have the brown specks in it that someone else mentioned, but they seem to dissolve right in so no concerns there. I will totally try it for wound care and scar care -- but it barely began to help my eczema. I noticed no improvement at all the couple days I tried this; in fact my rash got worse (not the fault of the cream I don't think, but it just wasn't doing anything to disrupt the rash cycle). It didn't seem to help it heal and it didn't seem to control the itch. Hence the 3-star review. YMMV!

Stuff works great. I used to just put on high MGO level manuka for MRSA but i guess due to body temp it would start melting then dripping down my face. But this Nature's Gold is more of an ointment so it actually stays where you want it to go. Plus it has so many other awesome protectants and healing properties like: Lavender oil, Sunflower seed oil, soy bean oil and castor seed oil......just to name a few out of about 30 other natural ingredients. All i know is that i started using it yesterday and I'm healing like a MF'er. Def will always have this ointment stocked in my home.

Purchased for dry cracked skin. Didnt irritate skin but also didn't have the healing powers i was hoping for.

Scaring after operation on my Dog, not as messy as just honey and a lot easier to apply.

great for healing cuts and wounds. Speeds up healing time. Very sticky, so need to cover it well.

Will definitely be buying more of this it a very good product.

This Ointment is just great for dry and cracked skin during winter and for healing skin over cuts and abrasions. I love it, super soothing, and great even better for sensitive skin!
