I have recently been trying various sellers on Amazon that print on metal, and this was by far the nicest I've come across so far. The colors are bright and true to the files I supplied. The details are crisp, and there is no banding like some cheaper printers may leave on your print. The gloss is flawless and feels tough. The mounting hardware on the back is perfect. It looks just as good, if not better than any high-quality glossy print I've had in the past.I wish this seller also offered 8x10 for a similar price, but otherwise, I couldn't be happier!

The bracket for this horizontal photo was placed so it would hang from the wall slightly more than halfway down the height of the photo. Although the nail I hung it on was nearly flush with the wall, after a very short time the weight pulling against the nail pulled the nail out of the wall and bent it slightly! I contacted the seller who insisted that the bracket placement was "scientifically" chosen. There is no way this would work unless you screwed the hanger into the wall. I have never had this problem before with any other artwork I've ordered. Had the bracket been properly placed at the top of my photo, it would have worked just fine. At this point, I honestly cannot figure out how I might be able to hang the photo.

Over all this was a positive ordering experience, however I will probably not order from this seller again. They are one of the more expensive options on amazon in the bargain metal prints market, and while i am more than happy to pay a -little- more for premium features, when there are cheaper options on the market I expect attention to detail when I scale up.That simply was not the case here. the packaging was cheap, and the final print arrived slightly damaged -but to an extent I can over look. What I can't ignore however, is that I ordered a 3:2 aspect ratio print from here specifically to avoid having my image cropped, I took care in the ordering process to ensure that the uploaded image was done right, and sadly the end-product cropped in about 5% on all edges. If I do order from them again I will make sure to add content aware fill to all sides.The finish of the end product was great! and if they can improve their printing process to not need this level of bleed over, provide advanced warning of the need to plan for bleed over, or perhaps apply their own content aware fill/matting to avoid my work being modified by the printing process I would be happy to try them again.

Product arrived ahead of scheuled delivery. The picture was extremely well wrapped up for shipping - the best protection possible, for sure,. We appreciated the company wanted their product to arrive in perfect condition. Picture was beautiful. Had a note to say they had tried to get the photo in best focus, but for us, it looked fantasic! We ordered an aerial photo of our new house & they did a great job enlarging the small photo. The photo is on metal & there is a small wood frame on the back to support the picture & encorporates a metal saw tooth picture hanger for a picture hook. All together a beautifully well made product, highly recommended & we will purchase from this US company again.

I tried another image on metal printing service that produced an image that was nice and hi-res, but the tone was too dark and detail was lost in shadow. I sent the very same image to Smile Art Designs, using this Amazon site, and the result was spot on. The colors, the resolution, everything was just as I hoped. So then I tried again, this time with another image, in an 8 inch circular format and I'm equally happy with the result. The process was very simple. The image I wanted to print was stored on the same computer I was using to place the order, so after clicking on the purchase button all I had to do was click on the image file, and everything loaded automatically into a preview image that I could stretch to fill the frame exactly as I wanted it to be. Everything arrived promptly, and with a nice mounting bracket of the back. Very happy with this.

My in-laws are tough to shop for but this gift was perfect. My father in law's wife is an amateur photographer and she LOVES the print. They said it's amazing quality and they want to order more metal prints for their home. An added bonus was that the gift arrived much sooner than expected (just a couple days after Christmas when we expected it to arrive after the new year). Since they raved so much it, we ordered one for ourselves and are very excited to hang it on our wall! Thank you for a great product!

I didn't know this was going to be printed on metal. Regardless, it served it's purpose! The quality was "AMAZING"! I bought it for my sister who had been ill for years and in an Acute Care facility. She loved it and was so proud to share it with everyone who walked in her room. She passed away shortly after and I have kept this portrait every where I traveled the whole summer. Each stop I took it out to show our family and they were also impressed by the work. UNFORTUNATELY, I don't know how to reorder as this company does not offer the "BUY AGAIN" option like some here on AMAZON. Can someone give me advise on how to reorder this impressive gift?SATISFIED

I've seen the aluminum prints in galleries the last couple of years and love that they are light, thin, and crystal clear without matting and frames taking away from the subject of the image. These first two were a test, for my office. I will be ordering more for other parts of the house. Love that you have different sizes, L or P orientation, and prices are reasonable. It came very well packed in perfect condition. Thank you.
