I bought the fold-out Superior Watercolour set a while ago on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by its quality and value for money so decided to add their larger accordion-style palette to my collection with zero regrets - the paints are bright and not at all chalky, with every colour you could possibly need in a starter set (including some uncommon tropical shades and opaque pastels) and easily hold their own next to my professional watercolours! Be aware the pans are very thin, containing somewhere between a half and two-thirds of a standard half pan, but a little goes a long way and the larger size is perfect for those who prefer to use big brushes. There isn't any lightfastness or pigment information so I'm not sure I'd trust these on commissioned or display work but as someone who works near-exclusively in sketchbooks it's far from a dealbreaker. Well worth a look if you're on a budget or conserving your expensive paints and want a wide variety of vibrant colours to play with!

Great product, exactly what it says on the tin. Good range of colours- to my non skilled eye they seem good quality although the ordering of the colours appears random.
