This thing is awesome, and so simple. We are having a small issue between where the hose connects and the fabric of the toy. Probably because you designed it so the hose connects not quite to the bottom, but not far enough up for the hose to just sit there. So the weight of that edge is pushing the hose down at an angle with constant pressure on the connection. Still usable, but it wastes a bit of water. I think it's easily fixable by globbing on enough adhesive, but that hasn't come in yet so not sure. My kids love this thing so much that if I can't fix it, I'll order a new one, reinforce that connection before use, and just swap them out while everyone's asleep.I say be careful with the water pressure because you seriously need to. Honestly, they should be more clear in the instructions. All of the 1 Star reviews here are the exact same problem, seams splitting open. Gee I wonder why? This is a toy that you are constantly pumping water into and the only outlet are a bunch of tiny holes. Where is the rest of that water going? Of course it will explode. Most people should be able to figure that out for themselves; however, it would be sensible for it to be mentioned in the instructions (although I didn't read the instructions so maybe it is haha).The first time you use it, fill it up. As soon as it starts spraying, turn your water OFF. Then crank it on a little, maybe a 1/4 rotation. Wait a couple minutes and see how it goes, and adjust from there. For us (city water, so pressure higher) less than 1/2 a full rotation provides about neck high spray for a normal-sized 4 year old. I also recommend (once you find your preferred setting) turning the water off completely every so often. You will be shocked how long it takes for the spray to go down (indicating pressure has finally relaxed). Not doing this guarantees the product will fail, just a matter of when. The shocking part to me was how little water pressure was needed to make this work, so I can understand why people use too much. Good news is it doesn't destroy you're water bill as badly as you would think.

This is such a fun and adorable splash pad. We were stuck between choosing a pool or a splash pad for our daughter and I'm so glad we choose this splash pad. It's a great size and being that my 1 and a half year old daughter loves to constantly run around, it's very easy for her to get in and out of. Set up was very easy, took minutes, if that.It's also great because the water goes into the splash pad and it kind of fills it up like a sma shallow pool and it's the best of both worlds. My daughter loves it and has a blast whenever I set it up.Shipping time was very fast as well, it even got her a day earlier than it was supposed to!Thank you guys so much for a great product.10/10 highly recommend.

The splash pad was incredibly easy to set up and was ready to use within just a couple minutes. It doesn’t take long for the water to fill the pad up. I like the ability to change the water pressure to be able to control how high the water comes out of the sprinkler part. My kids don’t really like a lot of water on their face so we lowered the pressure so that the water only shot up a few inches. Pictured - The water came up higher which is fun too. I also like that it contains the water so that my two smaller kids could sit in a couple inches of water to play too. It’s a decent size, pictured is my 5 year old. And my 3 year old could play with her in it with her.My daughter also loves the crowns and the heart wands that came with the package. She's been playing with them in and out of the water. Kind of a fun addition.The seller was very easy to communicate with and they were very responsive when I needed to reach out to them. It did get a tiny tear on the seam on the inside which is why it got 4 stars but it didn’t appear to impact how much water came out of the sprinklers. As long as it doesn’t get huge. This is also what I reached out to the seller about and they are doing the awesome thing by standing behind their product for us.

My toddler loved this splash pad so much. Not only did it ship super fast but it was easy to set up and get cooled off in this heat. It was much larger than I expected for the price and seems very durable. My 3 yr old, myself and my new 5 month old baby played in it. We loved that the center fills up almost like a little pool you sit in. It was simple to drain out. My almost 3 yr old was so entertained and did not want to get out of it. Definitely made this Mommy happy to have something to entertain her for hours in the heat and us also all be able to stay cool.

I was looking for a pool for my 3 and 7 year old but came across this instead. It looked like a lot of fun and I bought it over the other competitor options due to reviews. It finally became warm outside, so I set it up for my kids for some afternoon play. It was quick to set up. No air pumping needed as this is inflated by water that runs throughout the outer tube and shoots up through tiny holes. Pressure is controlled by the hose water pressure. It took about 5 minutes to reach up above or around the size of my 7 year old. It was a lot of fun! Definitely safe for small kiddos with adult supervision. Product is 100% as expected and I am happy I purchased. The best part is breaking it down to put away. It took just a few minutes to drain through the drainhole on the bottom. I'm excited to use this again. My kids loved it and I was impressed. Great purchase! I definitely recommend. I can honestly see all ages enjoying this.***Update*** : Day 2 of use, shortly after filling up the tube with the hose on low pressure, the seam on the outer tube ripped open... I thought this was a great product since it worked on day 1...until it broke on it's second use. I'm really disappointed and my kids are pretty down about it as well.
