Sonar Q Sepro Herbicide 8 lb

Trouble with mater meal for years. Not now! Timing is everything. If you have a pond/lake that exchanges water year round, stop here. I waited until mid-June when the rains were less, the water condensed and level lower. I put in 1/3, waited 2 weeks, Water meal loosing its color, applied another 1/3 and waited another 2-3 weeks before it really stated to dissipate. It was a slow process but it cleaned my pond up great. Others have told me I should have used the liquid.

My one acre pond was completely covered with duckweed. I spread 8 pounds of Sonar Q from the bank according to the instructions. After one month I observed a very small amount of dying duckweed and was very disappointed with the product. Over the next few weeks small areas free of duckweed started appearing giving me some hope I didn't waste money on something which didn't work as advertised. It now has been 2 1/2 months since I treated the pond and all of the duckweed along with other unwanted weeds and grasses are completely gone. The pond is clear water with fish jumping and enjoyable once again. Sonar Q did more than I expected and I will use it annually to keep my pond looking great.

This is doing a good job of clearing aquatic weeds from my 1 acre pond.
