I've never heard of this brand so I was a little skeptical about it. Feels good in hand and balanced well. Good edge and a wide blade ... I think it's going to be my new favorite knife...lol

I've been training as a chef and wanted an inexpensive knife to learn on. I didn't want to worry about messing up the blade sharpening it or ruining a well made wooden handle by tossing it in the dishwasherThis is the perfect knife for what I need it for. The metal is fairly soft and it needs to be sharpened a couple times a day at work, but it always gets the job done.Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for something cheap and functional.

The media could not be loaded. I got this knife a month ago, it wasn't sharp out of the box and had a small chip at the tip of the knife. Packaging was pretty bad, not a lot of protection for the knife. The plastic handle is a little hard and bulky, but has some texture to it, so it doesn't slip easily.Really the plastic handle is the worst thing about it. If you're looking for a decent, cheap knife and you have some whetstones or know someone who can put an edge on this for you, I recommend it. It's been about three weeks since sharpening and it works great so far. All in all my experience has been great with this.

Get the job done

It was sharp for about a week. I take good care of my knives and this one isn't near as good as I expected it to be. It's says carbon steel. I have my doubts about that. It was inexpensive. That's the only good thing I can say about it.

It's a pretty good knife, nice feel. Only the add claims it is Japanese high carbon steel. But the box says made in China.

Absolutamente nada de filo, para estrenarlo probé con un limón tiernito y no lo cortó, no es nada de lo que promete, estoy muy decepcionada, no volveré a comprar.
