Works perfectly, adjusts to really fine mist
I’m so happy this product exists. And for under $20, it has incredible value. I use it for a few things, including spraying neem oil on plants, citronella oil to keep mosquitoes at bay, watering (on the finest mist setting) seed trays, and applying diluted liquid fertilizer (in the jet setting for accuracy in targeting roots only) on orchids.I had never used sprayers before and there’s no instruction sheet, so at first I was slightly stumped, but it’s so simple once you figure it out: the center piece with a horizontal handle pumps air into the sprayer’s chamber in order to build up internal pressure for spraying. The little angled valve is for releasing that pressure; you pull it up and you’ll hear a hiss of air escaping. Once you let go, it snaps back into place so you don’t need to remember to close it. Finally, and I didn’t realize this until a few weeks into using it, the spray nozzle and the nozzle tip can both be removed from the sprayer by unscrewing. This last bit is important because substances like neem oil can get thick and cause minor clogs. So this is great that these parts can separate for a thorough cleaning, which I do after every use. This is not something that will get clogged and ruined like regular spray bottles.Another way this is better than standard spray bottles is that you don’t have to keep pulling the trigger repeatedly. The lever can stay down with not very much effort and the spray will be continuous. My hands don’t hurt like they do when I use spray bottles. Also, I found that you can have a bit of control via the pressure pump with how hard or forceful the spray comes out. Some seeds, like lettuce and kale, are planted at really shallow depths, and I like to not only water them on the nozzle’s softest mist setting, but also with less pressure from the pump. Either I give it fewer pumps or I release a little pressure from the valve. The spray comes out so gently that the soil and seeds do not get displaced or disturbed.Lastly, I want to note that the opening to the sprayer’s chamber is a bit of a tight fit for my hand to reach in and clean. I know I have small hands so folks with larger hands might need to use a cleaning sponge with a long handle.

Excellent Handheld Sprayer!
Excellent product, easy to use, holds pressure very well and it does exactly what it supposed to do. Perfect to water your indoor or outdoor plants with. Very durable, great quality and well worth buying it. This is a must have sprayer specially for people who have problems with their hands where they can’t pick up heavy stuff. This is a great addition for our little garden.

Extremely Useful
I have a very large yard and many types of gardens. I first bought this to spot spray iron and fertilizer on new plantings and bushes. It is so useful and easy to handle! I learned how easy it is to disassemble and clean with soap and water. All of the blue plastic parts unscrew so soap can get in and dislodge remaining spray. It's very strong, yet light. Obviously durable and rust proof. The spray completely adjustable. The nozzle can be removed and cleaned if a speck of dirt clogs it.I'm now buying another one to use for weed killer (crab grass, nutsedge, morning glory runaways, etc.) I can even see a future for use with tree caterpillars, etc. even tho I hesitate to kill worms, lady bugs, spiders, preying mantises. It's definitely worth $12. If you are unsure, buy this one and bequeath it in your will with your cast iron and jewelry - it'll still be around after you're gone. ;)

Good Watering Sprayer
This sprayer is functional. It looks cool and will spray a fine mist and a straight stream for quite a distance. I have had a couple issues with it. Firs it the pressure release valve. It hits your knuckles when you twist off the top. You have to remember not to hold the handle. Secondly, mine has had a steady air leak in it. I tightened it as much as I could, but it still lost air so I had to pump more than once while misting a reptile cage. I have had it several month and have noticed that it has gotten better recently. I am still not sure why though. Maybe it just gets better with age. :)

Quality Product
As some other reviewers have mentioned, for the price, this is a remarkably well built sprayer! I ordered it to keep my vegetable garden seedlings moist as I start plants indoors. By way of features, it is easy to fill, easy to pump, one can adjust the spray diameter as well as the force of water against the soil (based on how much you pump the sprayer). It is easy to clean, it is see-through so you know when you need to refill, etc. What really stands out for me though is the overall quality of the product. There are no rough seams on plastic joints, it has some heft (even when empty), the threads on the lid are true, the metal sprayer arm doesn’t fall off or change direction from how you intended to aim it. The wand tip is easy to twist and adjust (and, again, the threads are true). The printed measures on the outside are easy to read (even without my glasses). I am delighted with my purchase!

Saved my sore hands!
I have a few large moss propagation boxes And a few more isopod breeding boxes. My hands were always so sore after spraying them down with a spray bottle. This great little gadget has saved me so much time and effort. I love the nozzle it sprays a stream or a lovely mist. I've also been using it for plants that are up on high shelves. The downward facing sprayer is perfect for those plants that I can't reach very well. It can be hard to open when there is pressure in the bottle but the nice little pressure relief valve works great.

I didn’t know what I was missing
Nice quality sprayer and cute. Once I got it pumped up and started to use it on my baby seedlings, I was amazed. The little spray squirt bottle I was using would make my hand hurt and would be too hard on the babies. I LOVE this sprayer. Only con, I have to pump it up before every use but it sprays amazing.
