Just want I needed
I needed a tourniquet holder that wasn't open on the top, due to the Velcro degrading the panels on my vest. This holder is perfect, since it's got the hood for the top and molle to keep it secure. Get one.

For the price it works great. Stretchy to fit around tourniquet. Fits on a duty vest

OK but not great
This DOES fit a genuine CAT tourniquet, but just barely and it's a bit of a struggle to get it in there. There's also no slot to store a scissor if that's something you need. And as others have mentioned the top is just elastic, there's no velcro to hold the tab in place. That said, it looks like it will stay in place as there's no way it will fall out, the fit is just too tight. However it is a lot easier to remove than insert. So it does it's job as intended, and was a couple of dollars cheaper than the Livans I previously purchased, which is a TQ/shears pouch. You just have to decide what your needs are. I'm OK with this one, I'll keep it, just not delighted.

Holds a CAT Gen7 Tourniquet like a glove.
As of Feb. 2022 these hold a CAT Gen7 tourniquet like a glove and have a secure band on top to keep it all together.I wanted to add additional CAT tourniquets to our MyMedic TFAK and FAK and these are perfect. They mate well with Molle webbing with a secure strap the length of the back of the TQ pouch.Well made. Thank material.

Minimalist
One side tighter than the other. No provision for attaching a trauma sheers or even a small marker pen, to note the time on the tq when applied. I want that gear IN the holder to make sure it is together.

Tight fit, but works.
Was a tight fit trying to get the tourniquet into the holder. Also did not fit 100% to the molle on my equipment bag. All in all, appears to be doing the job at the moment and has made the tourniquet more accessible if I ever need it.
