For the price, this holster feels like a great value.
For the price, this holster feels like a great value. It's adjustable in numerous areas, it has a spare magazine pouch, you can drop leg or hip, and it feels rugged enough to hold up. I got the brown variation for my Ruger SR9 (full size) with a 4in barrel. The packing was a simple plastic bag with nothing but the product. Setting it up took a bit of effort, not because it's difficult but because I'm OCD. The actual folds in the flaps are fairly stiff and I took time folding/loosening the fabric up enough to contour my personal arm securely. There is an adjustable strap inside, which I used as a "bottom" to fix the exact height of my gun; that way I get a good purchase on my grip when drawing. The draw, so long as the tension strap doesn't get in the way is actually a lot smoother than I thought it'd be. The tension strap on top isn't there for quick draws, ok. This isn't a carry holster where you're gonna quick release and go. The snap belt isn't elastic, it's not gonna move, and it's doubly secured by a second strap. So, your weapon is secure and not gonna be falling out, but on the same hand you're not pulling your gun out fast. You know, I'm not looking for an everyday carry holster, I wanted something cheap and rugged I can go beat up out in the desert while I carry a main rifle. Though I haven't got a chance to put it through its full paces and testings, I'm quite sure it'll be fine out there. For a better idea of exactly what you're getting, and sizes, I've taken a lot of pics and tried to measure things I questioned before buying.-The belt loop is over 2in high, so any belt up to 2in should feel fine.-Leg straps max out at 24in in circumference. You can take a string, put it around your high thigh and measure that to get an idea (consider what you'd wear too, as it'll likely be thick pant material).-The material isn't super elastic, but the small ends to the thigh straps ARE elastic, which is nice.-Overall height from tip to belt top is ~18in. A lot of gun peeps gonna tell you not to get a drop because the draw is too far (and they aren't wrong), but you can get an idea of how far you'll be reaching.-Another common complaint with drops is that the gun will move around and jiggle. Again, they're aren't wrong, that's a very mobile piece of body real estate compared to your hip, but I was surprised how well it gripped my pistol and how well the straps held it snuggly to my thigh.-The belt attach can be completely removed, as can the top thigh strap, easily (bottom strap a bit more work). This makes it easier to store and provides an ability to wear closer to hip (I assume, as it creates an empty loop inside).-The inside goes over 7in deep (if you don't use the inside strap to create a bottom limit, as this holster has an open bottom).-I don't rock any accessories, but I'm pretty sure a flashlight or bottom rail accessory would likely fit.-My magazine fits into pouch just fine. The strap is adjustable, I just pulled it up a bit higher from default. My only complaints, so far, are the loose threads which will pop up all over the place, and how stiff the folds were to get a perfect centered fit (pro tip: insert an empty magazine into the pouch before unfolding and refolding it all together, that'll keep your center clear and defined).I hope this review and pictures will help others with their decision. I'm excited to take it on a few trips and see how it holds up.

This thing would be great for anyone using a gun up to the size ...
So... This thing would be great for anyone using a gun up to the size of a full 1911 .45...I asked specifically if it would fit a Magnum Research Mark XIX Desert Eagle .50AE with Muzzle Brake and was return an answer of "yes". This answer wasn't entirely accurate. Yes, the holster well is deep enough (and strong enough!) to carry a full sized .50 AE, but the actual retention strap simply is not long enough no matter how you adjust it to properly (and safely ) retain the firearm. All that being said, I didn't exactly expect this thing to fully support such a big firearm (for less than 50 bucks...) so, I'm not really surprised or upset.I will say that for a slightly smaller weapon (1911 and below), this is an amazing holster. It is very well made, extra durable, very adjustable, and I would feel more than comfortable with this holding my normal sidearm and knowing it was safe and secure. One small suggestion would be to add a adjustable/removable flap that could cover the bottom of the holster. Some of us like a closed bottom to protect from dirt/mud/debris etc. Just a thought. I think it was certainly worth the money spent, but don't get this for a full sized .50AE weapon and expect it to "fit perfectly".

I was just looking for a drop holster to try and determine if I liked the position without spending much money
Honestly, I was just looking for a drop holster to try and determine if I liked the position without spending much money. That being said, I'm very pleased with how modular this holster is and it feels pretty secure on my thigh. I've only used it with my full size FNS-9 and a spare mag for it, I'm confident it would accommodate any from my Bersa Thunder 380 to my S&W 686. Smaller than a full size (i.e. Glock 17, M&P 9, XDM, etc.) might be dwarfed inside this holster. Again, there's plenty of adjustment to go bigger or smaller.

Fit my mk25 duty weapon great. Magazine pouch snug for the extra mag
Fit my mk25 duty weapon great. Magazine pouch snug for the extra mag. I love it, I've got the blackhawk drop leg but prefer this bc it doesn't move around when I run or do my military movement drills. Great fit and viable in a combat related scenario, practice practice practice drawing from this holster bc speed is hindered with the velcro strap but easy to improve and become proficient with after about 100 attempts. Then can draw from it in about 1-2 seconds easy. I would recommend this product.- Army Combat Veteran

Alright for the price.
Update: I’ve used this item a few times and have found that while running it tends to shift around my leg. I have it set as securely as is comfortable but with my pistol loaded with a full mag and another mag in the pouch on the front of the holster it always shifts itself to the front of my thigh while doing any hard running.Original review: For $15 this holster is excellent quality. The material is thick and strong and the buckles are all upsized and look as though they could withstand a fair amount of abuse.I bought it for my Sig P250 full size and the gun sits securely with all the adjustable straps stopping any excessive movement when running/crawling etc.I wouldn't recommend it for anything smaller than a full sized pistol though, as I have it adjusted to about as small as it can go for my Sig.

Best Holster for my .45
Fits the USP .45 full size like a dream. Good tension in holster, I keep it unsnapped for quick draw, USP seats quite well into the pocket. The spare mag pocket has barely enough room for the 12 round mag, but the velcro does have about 2 inches overlap. Good quality holster. Will try to remember to update when it has seen a year of use. Leg straps are big enough for my thighs, which is great and rare in a thigh holster (they have that strap stretch at the end of the clasp, too!)
