Delicious but no large size
This is excellent and delicious and one of the rare shoyus that is wheat-free, alcohol-free, chemical-free, and is naturally brewed in the old-fashioned way in Japan. Though they don't indicate it, I am presuming they also don't use GMO soybeans. My only complaint is that the large size has been unavailable and the small bottles are more expensive for the amount.

Dark Soy vs. Tamari
Being GF I use tamari, but a new recipe called for dark soy. I researched, but it was unclear if they were different. I decided to give this a try. The pic shows tamari vs. the dark soy, and you can visibly see the difference. The dark soy also has a mellower flavor yet with more depth. It’s pricey, but I’m glad I bought it and am exited to have the right ingredients for my recipe and GF!!!

If you love sushi - MUST HAVE!
Not that I’m sure it wouldn’t be good in any recipe, but save this for dipping!

Typical taste
I spent the extra cost for this special kind of soy sauce but it doesn't seem to taste any different from my normal glutenfree soy sauce from whole foods. Product was packaged well and arrived on time though. I just won't be reordering since the high price doesn't match the flavor which is just as good as what I usually use.

Good soy sauce
I like the subtle difference. I guess I was expecting a thicker product like real dark soy sauce as opposed to light soy sauce (which is dark colored, like kikkoman).
