Not sure if ir worth the trouble
They made my thickened and inflamed after 7days of use that took 2 weeks to heal. Very slightly lightened my dark spots

Works well on lightening the acne scars right after the healing
Make sure you're using this for the right purpose. Theses are not for preventing or healing acne. You should use other patch product for that purpose. This is supposed to be used for LIGHTENING the ACNE SCAR right AFTER the acne get HEALED. Shouldn't be used on open wound either. Works much faster than common all purpose scar gels. Worked very well on preventing small acne marks to turn into moles on my face. After couple nights with these patch on then I just use common scar gels to lighten the rest of the mark. It is a little pricy so I only use it at the beginning. I tried other cheaper ones but these worked best on my face.
