Research and definitely try this. I gave a few days worth for morning shakes for my mom. She is recovering from surgery and bad arthritis and in her mid 80s- she was sleeping in a chair most nights because she was in pain to even make it to bedroom but in just a few weeks she was up and cleaning her house like nothing was ever wrong. It does not heal you or take pain away but definitely strengthens and give vitality where other vitamins truly lack. I am a believer now and my kids and I start our journey to health this week as well.

Do not buy, do your research this is. Or authentic sea moss, this sea moss has the characteristics of sea moss that has been grown in pools and altered by man. It will not possess the same nutritional value as authentic sea moss grown in the ocean. Please do your own research before buying as they do not honor returns .

Very good seamoss, only use half the container your trying to fill because once it swells and blends it makes more liquid.
