The item itself is great and performs well though you should be aware that this is an older model and will only receive automatic updates for a more limited time than a more recent model. I you get one reconditioned to 'like new' you will be happy. Mine was mediocre. It had a crack at the corner (not affecting performance) but was clearly dropped in a previous life and hardly 'like new'. It also had a poorly handcut "sticker" covering the entire top surface. I think this was intended to cover scratches on the original surface to make it look newer, but the poor fit of the cover was ridiculous with large hole cut around the original logo and misalignment of the sticker. Once removed, the original surface had better overall appearance, though was consistent with moderate use, (again not renewed to 'like new' condition by any stretch).

Not only is the Chrome Operation System Outdated a lot but it is so outdated that it Cannot be Updated. Also the Monitor quality is dark and not a good quality. The strangest thing is the serial number on the box is not the correct Serial number. It is a switched number for something else. And since the laptop is so old and cannot be updated I can't watch Amazon Prime.

The media could not be loaded.  It is great for the price it is touch screen and was like new and no scratches on mine

For a $110 refurbished Chromebook, I could not possibly be more pleased. We bought two for our kids when schools were closed due to the Coronavirus. They arrived the very next day in the typical nondescript refurb boxes.Upon opening the boxes, I verfied the Chromebooks were neatly and tightly packaged. Inspecting them as I removed them, I could not find a single blemish on the exterior, screen, or keys. They were all immaculate. The hinges worked exactly as expected with smooth operation from closed, to laptop mode, to tent mode, to tablet mode (fully closed with screen facing up and keyboard facing down). In addition, they feel rugged enough to withstand my early elementary school kids inability to treat things delicately.We placed them on the chargers til the batteries were full (don't do the full 8 hours, Lithium Ion batteries don't need that) which took about an hour. The very first bootup took us through an easy to navigate setup with adjustable parental controls, which includes a companion app for your cellphone to monitor their activities and change settings on the fly.So far the batteries have not failed to withstand a full days use for their video lectures, and remote learning activities. Between 6-9 hours depending on the type of usage (reading vs watching videos vs playing graphic intensive games) and charges fully in less than half that time.For a $110 Chromebook, you can't beat this deal. Do it, you know you want to.

Laptop came with 10% charge and no charging cord. Had to purchase one and wait on it to be delivered.

Llegó rápido bien embalado en reemplazo de otro que llego mal.A este, no le funcionaba el audio y no se podía conectar audífonos pues el conector está obstruido. Tuve que llevarlo a un técnico que sacó un minijack roto y atascado, me cobro US$ 20 por hacerlo, ¿me reconoceran el gasto?

It is touch screen, runs smoothly. Only problem is that I keep getting notifications online that the browser will soon not be supported, but there are no updates to the browser?Everything works so far though, just not sure how long it’ll be useful since google doesn’t update older chrome books anymore.

this is an awesome piece of kit and the only downside is it is quite heavy.That can also mean that it is not so easily broken!Came quickly and as a renewed piece it had a few scratches on the outside but other than that it is clean.

I tought its was good for basics but not what I needed. Kinda heavy and restricted.

Me gusta su tamaño y su practicidad, estuviera perfecto si la pantalla se abriera en 180°y fuera táctil como se específica, lo la devuelvo porque la necesito urgente.
