Cabinet Lift 68-06 8' Boom Extension

The boom extension works but the big issue is the loading platform doesn't go to the ground, it is a good 2ft short. After contacting costumer service they informed me I have to order a longer strap, part# 68-08 for $55.00. Sorry to say but this is just a little unacceptable, from all the YouTube videos I watched on this lift and their own users manual does not list this strap as something needed, not even on page 9 of the users manual ( optional accessories).

This tool is useless without the strap that makes it reach the floor, for the ridiculous price the strap should come with it. I’m returning this whole thing, the Cabinetizer 76 and this extended boom. How are you not gonna give me all the parts? This is just another money hungry dishonest company. Steer far away they just wanna charge you top dollar for every little part. Probably missing pins you have to buy separately to. Ridiculous don’t waste your time with these products. This company should be ashamed.
