My outside deck is sweltering with heat and out of all the other solutions I read about, this one was the cheapest and had the best looks. The quality of this umbrella was hands down the best out of others I have seen. While the base plastic does initially appear to be poorly constructed, if you follow the directions and add sand into the bags provided, it does provide a very stable and long-lasting platform. No tilting even in t-storms.Be aware that there are different variants of this product on other sites, and most do seem to have the same stability. I am hopeful that this particular one may outlive the others.

A great product. We have two of them. They're sturday and easy to use. We are looking for replacements now for the actual umbrella part. Going to search for those!

Easy to assemble, we decided to anchor it to the deck instead of using sandbags as suggested. Only drawback was it started to spin with the wind.. solved that by drilling a hole in the pole where the bottom pin secures it. After that it didn't move at all besides swaying a bit. Excellent shade area due to it being oversized.

The umbrella itself is great, if Windy it turns just a little. No fault of the manufacture, but I’m assuming it was the delivery person my top was broke not bad so I used a little bit of black electrical tape to hold the crack together. It covers my whole wicker set.

The cardboard box was damaged. One bolt was missing that secures the pole to the base. Everything else seems to be included and in good condition. All the bolts and washers were loose in the box and not in a sealed bag.However, the information regarding the pole and base is not exactly as advertised. The pole, that is supposed to be 1.91 inches would fit through the hole in the glass patio table top that is 2". There is a plastic part on each of the pole ends that will not go through the hole in our table. I was very careful in selecting this umbrella because I had already received a previous umbrella with a pole that (despite it's specs on Amazon web site) did fit into the recommended base. So, I bought your umbrella with the base that comes in a set. Guess what, the pole will not fit through the 2.0 inch hole on my glass top table. Now, I am having to pay about $400 to have a new glass table top made for my patio table.I cannot install the umbrella until I get the table top replaced so.I think you need to revise the specs on your Amazon web page to properly reflect the size of the hole that is needed in a patio table to accommodate the pole. Your customers should not have to go through this type of problem based on incorrect specs on the web page.I would appreciate your sending me the missing bolt. It will be about 3 weeks before I will have the new glass table top.

Love the coverage space and shade this 15ft. umbrella provides, even my neighbors come over to inquire on the Size and coverage it provides "love it". Happily enjoying my morning coffee as well as coming out just to enjoy the view during the day.

What I liked is the spaciousness of the product. Covers 3 large lounge chairs and small side table. Sturdy. Dislikes; wind will turn the umbrella. Won’t stop spinning!! And the color after 2 years has faded terribly

I was surprised at the quality of this umbrella. It’s a great size and easy to put together. Looks great on my patio.

I'm very impressed to date with this umbrella. Very easy to put together and easy to operate. Very sturdy and great coverage. My only issues are, when it rains, water pools in 2 areas of the umbrella and when windy there is an odd clicking noise from the handle assembly. Other than that I'm very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

This umbrella is so great , I purchased mine and loved it so purchased another one for my parents , it’s easy to assemble and give fantastic shade , was a win win

This umbrella is outstanding! My husband also tells me that it came with the best instructions to make it easy to put together!! That's HIGH PRAISE for someone who builds and often complains about company instructions. Highly recommend.
