Guys ..the quality of this is great! Sturdy, lots of room to write. I plan on giving this to hubby and now will be purchasing 3 more for my teen boys. This is a great male journal. The journal helps you reflect on many topics. There are many great quotes and stories. It's intended for 12 weeks but you can go at your own pace or go through them over and over. If you're looking for motivation, inspiration, self-care, and mental health, this journal is a great place to start.

The book appears to be of good quality, and the packaging is very nice, especially if you are giving this as a gift. The binding seems like it would hold up with repeated use, and the pages are easy to flip through. Text and images are clear with enough space to write in the provided lines or even in the margins, if you desire. The prompts are insightful, and overall I think this would be a good gift or great journal for someone focused on becoming more mindful and introspective.

I previously used a wonderful guided morning journal called The Sunrise Manifesto, it was helpful although I don't journal anywhere near as often as I should, going back and browsing my previous entries really gives me a feeling of my progress based on when they were written and what was going on in my life. I was a bit apprehensive because of the "Bro" nature of this journal as I'm definitely a bro type guy in my thought process and comradery with the homies, but I'm not into the excessive "forced" masculine behavior. This journal started off a little rocky in that regard and seemed more geared towards the type of dudes I avoid, but after reading through some of it, the variety is fantastic, the passages included are insightful and enlightening, and I look forward to the different leanings I'll have when journaling. The pages are high quality with very clear images and text as well as perfect formatting to keep me focused. I look forward to adding this to my collection once completed and would definitely suggest it for gifting as it includes a nice gift box as well and the quality is above average. My last hardcover journal started to flake, but this "Bro Journal" has a texture that I can tell will last.It has plenty of content to keep you interested and will likely encourage those not interested in journaling to push past hesitance and give it a try. It would also make a great gift for any "tough guys" you know that could use some guidance and self reflection.

Great item, really helps putting all the positives down on the book

I have found this very helpful. Some of it is a little too much but you can skip the bits you don't want to do. You also don't have to complete every day so it's quite a relaxed approach to journalling. Would recommend to anyone starting off.
