The misses says they did not stay cold long enough. But the little time it was cold really did help out

Not worth it
I purchased these in a pinch when I had mastitis. The concept seemed neat and made sense. I quickly discovered that they don't stay warm for very long, I feel like minutes was all I got from them. So I was constantly having to run downstairs and re-warm them up. After the 10th time of doing so I said SCREW IT! And just didn't use them and used a regular heating pad. I still use them here and there to help with milk flow. But one of the seems did come apart so I'm waiting for all the beads to come spilling out any chance I use it. It's like Russian roulette trying to figure out If this Is the time the beads are going to come spilling out or not...its great fun! But if you have mastitis and are looking for a heating pad, don't buy just get old faithful heating pad and she'll take care of you, not these little shits!

Bought these to wrap around the base of my thumb for thumb arthritis
I have the CMC arthritis in the base of my thumb. It is very painful when I make certain moves with my thumb. I like to find icepacks small enough that I can fit under a thumb brace or tight fingerless gloves so I'm not stuck sitting around holding the icepack in place. I've found some small icepacks but they get that cold, even though frozen or stay cold long, this one gets quite cold and With the hole in the middle and shape of the pack, I can wrap it around the entire base of my thumb or fold it in half and place it on the outside of the joint, under a brace or tight glove. It gets really cold and stays so for 10-15 min.

Smaller than it looks
Pro:It gets nice and coldThe back is very soft and can hold it without my hand getting cold or having to wrap it in a thin towelCon:It is very small. I didn’t think to check size or measure my breasts. This fits over less than a quarter of my breast (D cup for reference)Now this could still be good for breast feeding which I’m not. I just have breast pain. Maybe women breastfeeding only have pain around the nipple area? I don’t know. If you have pain much more than just that small area then this isn’t going to cover it.Still it can help part of breast and then be moved around. Still wish it could cover whole thing at once.

I love these!! I like how one side is super soft and there isn't a sleeve to have to insert these into. I previously had a set by a brand name that burst after 5 seconds in the microwave the first time I went to use them. I pop these in for 20 seconds, squish the beads around when I take them out and put them over the flanges while I pump. They stay warm the entire time and are perfect for what I need! So glad I took the chance on this pair!

Soothing
Works well enough, wish it stayed warmer longer. While it is warm it is very soothing when my breasts are engorged. Haven’t used it as a ice pack yet
