The Art of Katsuhiro Otomo

I bought this book because I thought it would be a collection of Otomo's work in book form, but it's more in line with a hardcover fan zine. There are bad low-res images that look like they were taken off a google search without any form of captions. The paper quality of the pages was bad, to the point that it looked like it was improperly cut and some pages were stuck together for some reason. Save your money, it's not worth it.

This book is like literally just a fan talking and photo copied pictures of his art terrible ones you can barely see no wonder why there’s no pictures of the pages

The book is very good if you like to read and read about Otomo's career (which is all on the internet anyway) All the graphics and photos inside are all in very bad quality and in Black and white with different resolutions in Spanish ( see the photos in Memorias ) ,English ,random ones and seems like the author download everything from internet "copy and paste" like photocopies, and also is very very small, very dishonorable for Otomo. That's why it doesn't show much of the book here . I don't understand how such a bad product could have been authorized and sold these days. The experience is very bad especially when today making something of quality in color does not cost so much. Don't buy this product if you like Otomo. And for Jeremy Mark Robinson please stop making these kinds of opportunistic books (he already has over 20 similar titles).

O livro deveria se chamar a trajetória de Katsuhiro Otomo , pois conta a historia e mostra poucas artes do mesmo.Não gostei, achei que seria um livro cheio de desenhos.

Agreed with everybody. This is just home printer pages with poor quality images.SOOOO disapointed ;( especially it was a gift for Christmas....
