Easy to assemble. The black cover fits tightly but sags a little after rain and rain pockets need to be pushed off to prevent stretching between the support bars. I swapped out the waterproof canopy top for a 5x8 ft sun shade with grommets that is held in place by ball bungee cords, and use this as a nice garden shade for some burn-sensitive plants.

The only problem was that one top cross rib didn't Fit and had to make an adjustment and one bolt was missing. UPDATE!! Had our first rain yesterday after puttinging up my product unfortunately the rain puddles between the ribs on the top and does not drain off that's a big problem!

Used it to cover our grill. That it did well. I wish I could think of something nice to say about the canvas top. It holds water and all summer I had to get the water out of the top. The water fills the canvas between the ribs of the top and sags Its not bad I just push up with a flat mop thing. Unfortunately I think it dry rot in the sun and when I pushed up with the mop one day to drain the water it made a hole.Now looking for just a new top and can’t find one. If anyone can help and tell me were I can get just the canvas top I would appreciate your help.

The frame is good and it was easy to assemble, but the cover for the top needs to be improved. It is definitely NOT waterproof. As soon as it rained, the cover started collecting water and it just soaked through and started dripping. If you just want it as a sunshade, then it's a 9/10. As a cover from the elements, maybe 4/10. If the cover was worth a damn, I'd give this 5 stars.

We use this to shade a treadmill we have outside. It works well and no complaints except that we had som rain and it pooled in the top.... this is not a horrible issue, and I suspect somewhat common for other productsWe have only had it for 2 months... so do not know what will happen in strong winds. But so far all is well

I assembled the canopy, following the directions yesterday. Later in the afternoon it rained. When I checked the canopy this morning There were 2 large bellies of water sitting on top. Once the water was emptied the now stretched roof material remained misshaped. I am now left with a worthless piece of junk that is either going to stretch or rip with every summer rainstorm. The construction of this canopy is poor. The material for the roof is not very think and stretches very easily. It is held atop by flaps that stretch over the corners and 10 small strips of Velcro that go around the roof frame which could be constructed better and with more support for the roof covering. If I hadn’t gotten rid of the box this canopy would be returned.

The gazebo is fantastic! I've had several people ask where I got it. I gladly answered "Amazon!" Sturdy, easy to use.

This gazebo is perfect for a yurt door awning, since the arch lets it snuggle closer to the walls. That said, the design is spindly and the cloth cover is crap. Either rain + wind or a lot of snow will bring the whole thing down. I replaced the cloth cover with polycarbonate sheets, which add rigidity, shed water and (bonus) make it a bit brighter underneath. It's a super easy alteration that radically increases the value of the product.
