Taxpayer's Comprehensive Guide to LLCs and S Corps: 2020 Edition Paperback – February 29, 2020

I acquired an S Corp quite suddenly due to conditions surrounding Covid-19. The former owner was going to shut it down, and I wanted to keep everyone employed. Scary, risky stuff, but I dove in and have been trying to get up to speed very quickly. This book has been a life saver in that it has given me a broader understanding of S Corps and has also given me a great deal of absolutely vital information in regards to tax planning! It was clearly written to genuinely aid and assist those of us without formal accounting training. I'm so grateful to this author for the investment of time, love, and attention he put into this brilliant book!

This book is an incredible resource for small business owners. It provides invaluable information about current tax laws for small businesses and identifies legal ways to minimize the tax and record-keeping burden that small business owners face. It is written in a clear easy to understand style and is easily worth the purchase price.

I think this actually might be what I've been looking for. I've been hesitant to get started with formation and have been searching for just the right book "for me". For some of the other books out there, I would need a Phd in literature to read them. And others lacked the details needed. This one caught my eye because it seems to be a potentially good read and hopefully will provide the info I need. I may even purchase the paperback later, since I don't care for electronic books. Wish me luck :)

Very informative, you will learn a lot

A comprehensive view of Sub-Chapter S accounting. A bit challenging for a non-accountant, but understandable. Does not sugar coat the work involved.

The author compute examples do the reader can understand the concept.
