The pieces are sturdy, the picture is bright and colorful. I knew from previous experience that Ravensburger makes good puzzles. If you or someone you know loves puzzles (and isn’t intimidated by a HUGE pile of puzzle pieces), I recommend it. I did not rate “ease to assemble” because, isn’t that subjective anyway?

If you are looking for a good quality puzzle and a real challenge this is the puzzle for you!Nice packaging!

This puzzle is beautiful. The pieces fit well and it’s sturdy without a lot of bulk.

I have purchased many Ravensburger puzzles over the years because of their high quality. For this purchase however, the quality has significantly declined. There are a lot of bent and peeling pieces. I hope this is just an isolated situation.

After tearing through the Ravensburger VW Camper Van Moments puzzle in a week, I wanted a more challenging puzzle. I wanted a puzzle where looking at the picture of the puzzle on the box would not be very helpful. This puzzle fit the bill and lived up to these expectations.the details used to assemble the pieces are visible on the pieces themselves but are not visible in the image on the box. The colors in the puzzle are not as vivid as the colors in the image on the box which makes it impossible to use the box art to figure out where a puzzle piece should go based on color (the colors in the puzzle are not the colors in the image on the box). The pieces in the puzzle have not been cut uniquely, so there's more than one arrangement of pieces where all the pieces fit together. This lack of uniqueness might be ok if the colors of the affected pieces were very different but they're fairly similar. In general, the puzzle pieces seem to have been cut to make the puzzle more challenging rather than less. The image on the puzzle is cropped slightly smaller than the image on the box.While working on this puzzle, there were quite a few times when I was convinced that we would not be able to finish it. We'd manage to stick 4 or 6 pieces together but still have no clue where in the puzzle this chunk of assembled pieces should go (the middle? the upper right corner? the lower left side? who knows!).I'm not giving this puzzle 5 stars because the particular instance I got, though complete (no missing pieces), included lots of pieces where the image was peeling away from the backing, some mangled pieces that were bent out of shape, and quite a few pairs of pieces that weren't cut apart in the manufacturing process. This isn't the quality I was expecting for this puzzle. I'd also fault it for the muted colors, it's a good looking puzzle, but it would look better with the brighter colors illustrated on the box.It took us about two and a half weeks to complete the puzzle, about 150% longer than an easy 3,000 piece puzzle.

Well packaged good quality.

Lots and lots of dust. Plenty of bent pieces. Plenty of pieces where the paper has peeled. Ravensburger quality has not merely lessened, it has completely disappeared. eeBoo, WhiteMountain, and Pomegranate are better quality than Ravensburger.
