The filter was the wrong size and the description is wrong. I bought in advance anticipating the A/C company would use it to replace the filter during servicing of the unit. Because of COVID-19 it was difficult to schedule the appointment. When the technician came, he pointed out that the filter is not the size it was represented to be. Unfortunately, because of the passage of time, you advise I cannot return the filters. In addition, trying to save money (I bought 2 at once), so essentially, I wasted money and still have to order the right size.Poor vetting of your products. Not the first I have heard of this.

Thankfully, the vendor states the actual size of the filter in addition to the nominal size. There are slight variations in the size of these non-oem filters so the exact size is important. This filter fit my housing properly. The OEM filters would last 1 year so only time will tell if this is a good value or not. Like that these are USA made.

Only place we could find them the price was good. Glad they are available on Amazon.
