Storage Instructions | Once you have opened your bag of luxurious Wild Highlands Coffee, keep our beans airtight and cool. To preserve your beans’ freshly roasted flavour for as long as possible, store them in an airtight container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, or simply just keep them in our packaging and show off our beautifully designed bags! Our valve-sealed packaging preserves freshness for even longer! Coffee beans are decorative and beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow direct light to compromise the taste of your coffee. Please do not refrigerate or freeze your coffee, because contact with moisture will cause it to deteriorate. To ensure you get the best from Wild Highlands Coffee, get the best possible protection against the four enemies of fresh coffee — air, moisture, heat, and light. |

These beans are so good!
Very happy with our purchase of the Wild Highlands Modern beans! So much so, we've purchased more from their website to try their other beans. Would definitely recommend.

Great Coffee Beans
Out of the three blends (ancient, modern and hunting) we tend to get ancient as it’s not as high in caffeine as the hunting for my husband, however, we don’t like the modern blend as it’s just too weak for our personal taste; so ancient is a nice middle ground for us personally. Nice flavour of coffee from first cup to last cup. (We keep our beans in an air tight container and grind only the amount of beans required per cup as we have our own grinder). We buy these coffee beans frequently as we have found it to be the best we have found at a reasonable price.

This is coffee is absalute rubbish
This is not as described. It's not a blend of 2 Arabica beans! False advertising and it tastes horrible because of the cheap robusta beans they are hiding! Do not buy this.

A nice morning blend
A really drinkable blend, this - Robusta beans are used, which gives the mix a little bit of an extra kick. I'm not too keen on Robusta beans on their own, but blended right, they can give a good bit of character to your coffee.I would recommend drinking this with milk - I like it in a cappuccino, so that the edge is taken off a little. It's not a dark roast, so you don't get any of those burnt notes that you do with some blends. A nice morning coffee.
