Perfect for aging or drying cheese.
Great product! I wish I had bought more. It puts a clever design on our cheese, and helps drain it without creating a moist bottom or cutting into the cheese. Hand wash and you won't have any problems.

Use for ripening
I don't find these good for draining, the whey pooled under them. Good for ripening. Cute pattern. Could be a little stronger.

Not perfect, but functional
These seem to work pretty well so far. They’re not quite as rigid as I’d like, and it would be good if they were a little taller - I’ve been stacking two on top of each other to allow enough air flow underneath - but they get the job done and are easy to sanitize!
