Disappointing
Having used other Noughty hair products, I had high hopes for the Tough Cookie conditioner and was attracted to the name and also that it is meant to protect against hair breakage. I should have taken heed of another reviewer’s comment that it doesn’t help with tangles. It’s virtually impossible to comb it through your hair without pulling big clumps of tangled hair out. My hair is also quite frizzy after using it. Definitely won’t be buying this conditioner again.
