Used as my Tiffin, very well made but short by one bowl. One additional bowl it will score five stars.

This did not keep my food hot or even warm

Good product, but can be better keeping heat for long time!

Its not leak proof

I bought this for my 5 year old to take to school so she could have something other than pb and j. My initial reaction was that they are huge! A little off putting as they are for a 5 year old. I had to sit here down and teach her the steps to open the bowls, which wasent very reassuring as a parent.The very first time using I poured hot boiling water into both bowls that I would be using (I only used two) then before putting in the food I empited the water from one and put the food in, then sealed both but keeping the bottom one withe the water inside for heat for the top. If that makes sense. My daughter took it to school and about four hours later ate lunch, she told me it was still by that time. But not hot and not cold. She also managed to open it herself despite it being a learning curve! I would reccomend as they work but I think they should offer different sizes for adults and kids 🤔

I read several reviews prior to purchasing and it was exactly what I read it to be. Very easy to clean and use. Doesn’t keep food hot but above room temperature for an appropriate amount of time. The “thermal zip up” it comes in, does little outside of being a good container to hold it by. All in all, it was a good purchase for holding and keeping food warm for my partner who works till late as a nurse.

I absolutely love this product! This has been the best bento box that I have ordered so far they are very truthful with their product this product is worth it it keeps my food cold and hot so I don't have to use my ice packs anymore.

I bought this to pack lunches for my child at daycare. She had gotten to the point of not eating because there are only so many things a toddler will eat cold. I am really impressed with its ability to retain the temperature of items. I tested it with boiling water in all three containers, (leak proof for sure) and after 5 hours the top and bottom were still very hot and the middle was just under initial temp. The next test was hot on the bottom, room temp in middle, and ice on top. Again great results! The bottom hot layer after 5 hours was still hot enough to eat, middle was about the same, and only about 2 tablespoons of melt water had occurred.I’m really impressed and excited to sent my child off to school with a lunch she will actually eat! If I can keep my spouse from stealing it....time to buy another! Definitely worth the purchase!
