These were perfect for connecting my two cages together! Tubes are nice and wide, my Syrian hamster can easily go through them. Easy to see into. Also like that the tubes can open up in case I ever need to easily get my hamster out of them!

I love the value you get at this price point. Lots of places for my little hammie to run. I like that the wheel is attached to the outside, so it gives him more room inside his cage. We have the Kaytee easy clean habitat. We connected the wheel to one of the side openings and the other piece to the other opening (not utilizing the punchable holes in the top). The piece with the purple ring and penthouse sway back and forth as it doesn't seem to fit tight in the hole so we had to secure with a twistie tie to the cage. Annoying but it works. Seems like Kaytee could have made the way their pieces fit together easier. Also the instructions? TERRIBLE. Basically nonexistent and we had to use the box for the pictures. It took us a few days to realize that the little blue piece was a poop tray for the wheel. Lastly - the pieces connect together easily but don't come apart (for cleaning) very easily. My husband broke the penthouse trying to take it apart. However, one quick call to Kaytee and they sent us a new one, no charge. So awesome customer service. Would definitely buy again but wish they made some improvements.

You lose a star for this review process because these are all separate products that are not even in the same category and should be reviewed separately! Here is my honest breakdown if each that I purchased from this seller:10 ' wide connector tube with door: I bought this not realizing it was so big, I just needed a straight 10 inches connecting tube between cages for my mice. It works but it's bigger than what I really needed. What is nice is that it has a door that opens making it easier to clean. It does seem a bit sturdier than the smaller tubes as well which always seem to split down the middle especially if they are curved. I often have to tape them. Kaytee Crittertrail has a great idea with their products but the cages are definitely too small and the materials are cheap to the point of being dollar store quality, made in China garbage. This particular product is decent though and I would recommend to people with larger pets like guinie pigs, rats, ferrits. 4 stars.Assorted connector tubes: these are just okay. Great idea, my mice love them to run from cage to cage and the idea is awesome for sure but the plastic is cheap and breaks easily if dropped and sometimes comes broken in the package. The plastic rings that go around the rims are hard and not easy to fit...it hurts my fingers and hands to try and get them on or off and I have broken nails trying to do this, also broke actual tubes trying to get them unconnected or connected properly, it should not be that difficult to snap/unsnap together when they are specifically for Kaytee cages but it is! Also the tubes often split at the seams, especially the curved ones or j tubes. I have had to tape them together all the way around and that's just ridiculous. Cheaply made with crap materials! I would recommend but with caution and I would NOT recommend the CritterTrail cages whatsoever. 3 stars.CritterTrail Food Dispenser: This is a decent product. Seems to fit well to CritterTrail habitats without spilling food into the habitat. Easy to fill and my mice like to stuff bedding into the hole to hide their food source! I would not have chosen yellow but that is what I got so it would be nice to have a choice of color since it does come in 3 colors. I would recommend this product. 4 stars.CritterTrail Lazy-Look-Out:This is a pretty good product. I like that it is not see through at the bottom so my mice feel protected. I like that there are plenty of airholes so they can smell what is going on, I like that the top comes off for easy cleaning. My Mice LOVE this so much they moved right in and built an entire nest in it and that is where they spend most of their time when they sleep and snuggle. I read a lot of comments that people apparently did not read the assembly instructions though because this product is meant to go through the TOP portholes of the CritterTrail cages and NOT the side/front doors! If you try to put a J Tube through the side/front door there will be nothing to secure the weight of the saucer and it will fall/swing so this is why the instructions very clearly say it is meant to go throught the top porthole which you need to punch out of your cage. There is no design flaw people, you just need to learn to read directions or use your brain. This really is a good product, in fact I just ordered a second one because my mice love it so much! I definitely recommend it. 5 stars.CritterTrail Loop-D-Loop: This product is ok. My Mice use it sometimes but not a lot. It's nice that it comes apart for cleaning. I do feel it is made with cheap plastic that is easy to break/cracking if dropped or you have trouble putting together the tubes and rings which can be difficult in fingers/nails/hands. I would recommend with caution as a go between accessory. 3 stars.CritterTrail Bathroom/Outhouse:This product seems ok, it snapped easily onto my tubing but it does seem to be made with the same very cheap plastic the tubes and CritterTrail cages are made with. Made in China. This plastic is very brittle and shatters/cracks/breaks easily if dropped or you push/pull too hard trying to fit the tubes and rings together. I mean you get what you pay for and this didn't cost very much so it is what it is I guess. It would be nice to choose your color, I thought I was getting green/purple and ended up with a bright red/purple. I would recommend with caution that you use with care especially when snapping in with tubing/door or cleaning because this will likely break easily. 3 starsKaytee Crittertrail overall 3 stars. Has a good idea going esp with tubing and some of the accessories but because they manufacture in China with crap materials that break easily and because they make extremely small cages that are inhumane for the animals they market them for (I mean, the space and the wheels especially included are ridiculous and could cause injury....go watch the Kaytee assembly video for the 2 level Hamster cage, I couldn't believe they have an actual guinie pig in that cage! How is a guinie pig gonna fit through those tiny tubes made for mice or hamsters/gerbils!)

I like these "fun-nels" better than the Habitrail type, although the Habitrail are more transparent which makes viewing the hamsters a little easier. Habitrail and Critter Trail are interchangeable for the most part though, so I have a mix of both.Background: I have this cage: http://www.amazon.com/Super-Pet-Critter-Habitat-Hamsters/dp/B005FU4Z4W, which comes with a the cage, water bottle, food dish, and a basic set up of funnels to get to the "petting zone" that goes over the top of the cage.Pros of this set:The elbow pieces give you the ability to "grow" your hamster cage off the sides. You can build up and connect them to the "roof" of the cage or to the petting zone (if you have it).My Chinese Dwarf Hamsters are easily able to climb up and down these tunnels. They are skinnier than Habitrail though, so they might be too small for bigger hamsters.The connectors are SO much easier to use than the connectors included with Habitrail. These are simple pop on/pop off, where Habitrail you have to do some magic twisting to get it on the first tube, then some magic twisting to get it on the second tube, which half the time takes it off the first tube...it gets frustrating. These are much more straight forward -- pop them on the first one, pop the second one in place, DONE!Cleanability is good -- I take off different sections a couple of times a week (that have been pooped in/peed in) and clean them out, and then once a week I give the whole cage a thorough cleaning, running all of them through hot bleach water in the tub and letting them dry out completely before reconnecting.Cons: .You need more than one of these sets, or some other accessories, to make it worth while. What is included is shown -- 3 elbows, a "T" piece, 2 straight pieces (one huge one small), the lookout window, and the connectors. This is still a way better price value than buying them individually, but one set won't get you very far. The largest straight piece does connect to the "roof" of the cage though (it drops down into the cage a ways so the hamsters can climb straight up into it), which makes it nice.I plan on getting more of these sets as our St Hamsterville grows -- I recommend these to other hamster owners!

It’s totally fine but the product listed is blue with a greenish top and the one I received is purple with a pinkish top. But other than that, it’s all good.
