Frame too thick
I bought two of these and for the money they should be easy-peasy. They’re not. As seen in the pic, the frames are over 1/16” thicker than my 1/2” cement board. (Hardy Backer) Now I have to fashion a spacer underneath to bring the backer up to flush of the “redi-niche”. Not happy.

I thought it was going to be to much but once we out the tiles in it was perfect and I'm glad because now I have a lot of space for all our stuff.

After the niche is tiled, the height fits a standard wine glass perfectly. Just saying....
