Not for beginners, get full gloves.
The padding and wrist support are sufficient. Using hand wraps is important, and if you're a beginner like me, be sure to cover your second knuckles, too, unless you want scraped knuckles.I would have bought full gloves had I looked into them a bit more, but that's my fault. I've sparred with a training dummy for +one hour with no issues, and I would recommend these for intermediate and advanced training.

Decent pair of training gloves for first timers, well made, comfortable however, if you’re training striking techniques I’d recommend buying boxing gloves, I train striking 3-4 times a week on a 5 inch pu grain leather heavy bag, only had the gloves around 2 months and the threading is starting to strain. Would recommend these gloves for grappling and light sparing.

Great value
Great gloves. Easy to put on. Hurts on my knuckles after a while, but this could be due to them being new and not softened up enough

Handy dandy
Work well but when going savage on the bag I ended up ripping up my fingers but once the bleeding stopped it was fine. If your just sparing they are perfect.

Inaccurate sizing
Very nice gloves but I bought and received small. They are more like a large size so will have to return.

These are my second product from EMRAH. I was so satisfied with my gel wraps that I bought gloves for sparing as well.

Hard padding
These gloves are okay for begginers but not enough padding for sparring unless you want to hurt some foo..also notice they feel better after a food break in
