I love the design of this faucet. Installation instructions were included in package and it was easily to attach. My only problem was that the pop up drain was not long enough for my counter, as I had an expensive1-1/2 inch acacia countertop. I emailed the seller and the resolution to my problem was quick. This seller is quick to respond and is a problem solver. I was very impressed by responsiveness. Not only do you get an absolutely stunning faucet, they will assist you if your countertop slab is too long for the standard pop up drain that is provided with the faucet. Highly recommend the product and highly recommend the seller for follow through.

We purchased 3 of these faucets for two of our main floor bathroom vanities. We were updating the bathrooms with new countertops and undermount sinks. These faucets added the final touch. My husband did the installation and found them to be no more difficult to install than most. The difficulty usually comes because of the limited space inside a bathroom vanity. On of the faucets did a hose that was a bit crimped and wouldn't straighten itself out. We contacted Midanya who were very helpful and immediately sent a whole new faucet with the attachments. We very please with their concerned and caring response. We would definitely buy again or not hesitate to use another Midanya product.

This product looks great in my remodeled bathroom. The faucet is quiet and the water pressure is great. The install was easy. Customer service was excellent. When I had a question or an issue they were very attentive and quickly resolved the problem.

I like the looks. It installed fairly easy. I am not a plumber, but got it done.

Junk! Do not buy. First off it didn't fit a standard size hole in the sink. The porcelain sink had to be opened-up with a dremmel to be able to even install it. Lastly, it sprayed out of a crack in the front/middle of the column (riser or whatever it's called). I love the look but it doesn't even work. I've never seen water spray out of a hole in the middle of a faucet before.... but this one did right out of the box. I'll repeat... junk!.... do not buy!

Absolutely love these faucets, they’re beautiful and just as pretty in person; however, we got standard sinks from Lowe’s for all 5 bathrooms in our new build, and two out of five faucets that we bought actually fit the sink holes, but the other three did not. The stem or base of the faucets were not all the same and some were too big, not fitting down into the industry standard sinks we have; however, after reaching out to the company, they generously replaced those three faucets with new ones, and they work perfectly! Highly recommend! Beautiful faucets.

I really love the style of this product, especially for the price. It’s very heavy duty out of the box and relatively easy to install (although mine did not come with instructions on how to install the drain). I ordered two of these and one I installed in my main floor half bath which gets heavy use. After only a few weeks after install, I’m noticing some wearing away of the finish around the base of the faucet on the cover plate. I’d love to know a solution to this problem because overall I’m still happy with this purchase.

This is a great tap for the price! It looks fantastic and works well. We had a plumber install it into a wooden top vanity and he had no problems hooking it up.
